Hey everybody!! My name is Patrice and I'm 22 years old. This is my first pregnancy and I'm so excited. I'm hoping for a boy but if it's a girl of course I'll love her just the same. I've been really sick these past couple of weeks. I had to be hospitalized because of dehydration but hopefully it will get better. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!! Congrats to all the mommies to be and to those TTC...all of my baby dust goes to you!!

December 20: Ok so I still haven't heard my bubba's heartbeat yet...is that normal? My next appt is on the 31st and I better hear a heartbeat. I WANT FOOD!! All I do is think about what I'm going to eat next...so I've been craving pickles, Doritos, steak smothered in A1, strawberry milkshakes from McD's, PEARS like crazy, frosted shredded wheat with a lot of milk, minestrone soup, and canned ravioli...ugh I need to eat more healthy but it's what I want. I'm only 4 months! Is this gonna get worse?

January 9: Soooo ladies...I was hospitalized again for dehydration and constant vomiting...but hopefully I won't have to go back in for the next few months...I heard my bubba's heartbeat!!! It was sooooo cute and a resident came in at like 5 in morning and was like OK ULTRASOUND!!! I was so excited!! The baby was flipping around all crazy and not staying still so we couldn't get a profile pic but he/she was stretching out their legs and then sat indian style!! Then I started crying...it was the cutest thing in the world. Pictures are coming very very soon!

Feburary 14th: Hey mommies!! I hope everybody is doing ok...as for me well, most of you might know that I still haven't found out the sex of the bubba yet but I will on March 10th when I'm 26 weeks...I'm gonna be getting my glucose test on this day too and I also found out at my last appt that I'm going to be getting the rH shot because I'm O neg and Carm is A pos...as for getting sick, well now it's once a day and I'm feeling so much better than I was during the first 4 months...so thats about it for now...Happy Valentine's Day!!

March 10th: IT'S A GIRL!!!!!!!!!! So the doc took me right into the u/s room and was like how are you feeling...are you still getting sick...you know the usual questions then we finally started the u/s...she was asleep so he started banging on my belly with the thing and she kicked really hard like leave me the hell alone and this is the pic he got of her...you can see her eye and her little eyebrow looking all mean cause he bothered her and she even made a fist like she wanted to punch him lol...my poor baby...I started talking to her afterwords and she calmed down...my little princess already has a personality...I love it!!

Question: Why are there 16 and 17 year olds on this site trying to concieve? um...are you not gonna finish high school, go to college and start a career first? I swear some people really piss me off...like babies are just this play thing they can have and give to their mothers to take care of...how could you know you've found the love of your life at 16?? ughhhhh sorry had to vent :D

June 9th: So it's been a long time since I updated my page...here I am 5 days until my due date in this hot ass heat with still no signs of this little one coming...it's crazy to me how it seems like yesterday I was complaining about backaches and throwing up all the time because of this damn hyperemisis...but it's all gonna be worth it ladies...we're creating a life!! Hopefully next time I post it will be my birth story and I'll have some pics of my babe up...I really wanna see her already...oh and we've decided on a name...

Mea, because it's simple and very pretty and I like M-E-A not M-I-A because I don't want people to pronounce it Mya it's MEEE-A damn it :D and Isabel Rose because my grandmother's name was Mattie Bell and Carmelo's mom was Rose Marie...so she has two middle names from both of her grandma's which I think is precious :D
