maja my daugher has silent and it also comes up she has been on zantac since one month, its horrible there are times she does not finsh her bottles. the dr didnt want to put her on prevacid til she was12 weeks cause of side effects, i started her at 12 weeeks on prevacid but it gave her alot of cramps so i stopped and she is back on zantac she cries alot just hang in there i feel u

hey there! you were saying that your mom was threatening to feed nathan buckwheat cereal when you weren't around - my mom started doing that too, changing how much formula he was eating, telling me she was going to feed him solids, etc. i would ge SO upset, lol. so, i decided to start solids one day w/out her and then we had the 4 mo appt and he had more than doubled his birthweight -- after that she stopped talking about it. it's like they can't believe that we, their kids, can raise our own kids, so they try to take over. now that you know it's the reflux and nathan is eating more, your mom will probably ease up. i hope it's going better - i know you hate giving him zantac, but it won't be forever.
