About My Family:

My name is Jane and I am a mom of 3 great kids and my fiance Brad and I are pregnant with baby #4!
Hooooww Exciting!!!!! :) Funny enough, none of these babies were planned! But they were all a wonderful blessing! When I got pregnant with the twins I was on the pill. When we got pregnant with my youngest I had the IUD. This time I used the IUD again.. I guess we were just meant to have children! And we love every minute of it :)

I have 3 year old twin girls who are great big sisters...

Their names are Lily Jane and Rose Marie after me, her mom, Jane Marie.

We also have a 1 year old baby girl named Bradleigh Mae.... after her daddy Bradley Michael.

We are hoping for another little girl. My hunny is so in love with his girls he said he would love a boy but he hopes for another girl, and I feel the same way. If we have a boy that will be so great but I already know how to raise baby girls and would love to have one more....especially if I decide this my last pregnancy.

Both Brad and I are very close to our parents. It is strange but both of our father's names are James. And our mom's have the same middle name which is Kay. So if we have a girl it will be Jamie Kay and if it's a boy his name will be James Kay....what do you think?

July 5th- - -
I am feeling really sick today... Could I be pregnany???? I have to buy a test... will update soon. This wasn't planned but none of our babies were so it will still be a huge blessing and we will do our best to figure it all out. My fiance is really hoping we are pregnant.. Why does birth control never work for me???? LOL

July 21st....
Ok well we are definately pregnant!!! I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!!!
I have been trying to quit smoking ever since we found out but so far I am having a hard time. I don;t smoke much... but for as long as I could remember my hunny and I would have a few joints a day. Usually just to unwind at night after a long day of working... or when we would go out with friends on the weekends, etc... since we don't drink..... when we got pregnant with the twins I couldn't quit. I was a ball of stress!! My doctor told me it was ok and that I should just do my best to quit. I was stressed because the pregnancy wasn't planned and then we found out it was TWINS!! We just moved to a new town so I wasn't working at the time and my hunny just started his new job (that's why we moved).. and so I was a little overwhelmed. We just baught our house and we were pretty broke. My doctor just told me to not worry about it and to focus on the pregnancy and our growing family. I finally quit closer to the end of my pregnancy (month 8) and when I started breastfeeding the babies wouldn't latch on and I got so stressed about them starving that I finally gave up and gave them formula. With that and having 2 little babies to take care of I started smoking again :( ...I was so dissapointed... I quit again for a month or so but was so stressed all the time. Finally when the babies were sleeping through the night I started smoking one before I went to bed each night. I also tried to stop for my second pregnancy but didn't. My doctor just gave me the ok and said as long as it was just one a night it is fine. He said so many women smoke during pregnancy and the baby turns out fine. He said that he would rather me smoke a joint each night rather than having to give me any other kind of medication for my stress. So that is my story- I guess it feels good to let it all out so maybe someone else who has gone through the same thing can give me some advise!? Thanks Mommies!

July 30th-
Quit smoking for 6 days!!!! WOW I AM DOING SO WELL- hubby quit with me so he is the BEST ever!!! I don't think I could have gone this far without his help and support! I am feeling SOOO SICK LATELY! I can't keep any food down at all. It is HORRIBLE!! :(

July 31st- had a smoke lastnight :(
Thanks to the mommies with the advise!!! We are going to try some of your ideas :)
Atleast I was able to keep supper down lastnight.. that is one good thing about smoking I guess....

August 24th
Going golfing this weekend with my fiance to relax and spend some time alone. Mum will have the kids for 2 whole nights!!!!! I am going to miss them so much :(
Day 4 and haven't had a smoke yet!!! I can't wait for my doctor appointment in the 28th.

August 27th
Feeling kind of bad today...... I was feeling kind of sick all weekend... A mix of morning sickness and trying to quit smoking. Haven't had one since the 20th.. so that means 7 days with no smoking. My fiance is quitting with me for the pregnancy, he is doing well too! Wish us luck!!! I FELL SOOOOO SICK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

August 28th
Today we had a doc appointment and it went well. We are 10 weeks along and I will have my first ultrasound when I am 14 weeks, I cannot wait!
Feeling AMAZING today.. so far not sick at all today. Big change! Lastnight my hunny and I had a joint when the kids were in bed. GOD- it made me feel so much better. This morning sickness stuff is so hard on me. I can't keep anything down. After we had a smoke we had a big BBQ!!! haha.. the first time I ate and kept my food down in over a week! It was such a beautiful night too.... the stars were so bright and the sky was so clear.. we just sat outside from about 7:30 until midnight before we finally went to bed! It was so nice to just relax in the summer weather and finally feel well enough to eat. I guess I have to start all over again for quitting.. wish us luck!
