Well..Where to begin....Let me introduce us..Mother is Kym..and Father is Ryan...We have been together now for 2 years...This will be our first child for both of us...and were are excited, and can't wait for the road ahead of us! We are going to let this one be a surprise at Ryan's request...I am dieing to know what it is...but he wants a surprise for the first one...All we want is a healthy baby! :)

January 22, 2008..

Today was our first ultrasound...I finally got Ryan talked into finding our the sex of the little one....and we found out today that......

hey, i had my membranes done today, i had a bloody show after but nothing since, im hoping it works, it says on net can take 48hrs. My friend had it done and went into labor 4 hrs later another lady i knew had went into labor a day or 2 later. See how it goes!

I had my membranes stripped a week ago yesterday and it didn't do a darn thing! I'm still 1-2 cm. dilated and 80 effaced. I looked it up online and it's different for everyone. It might work for you, so here's hoping!

I had my membranes stripped with my first two pregnancies and it did not induce labor at all. I had a friend that had her membranes stripped with her third baby and she gave birth the next day. I guess it just depends if your body is ready or not.....

Wow you are almost there. I was just searching for ladies in my area, I'm in Redmond. My son was born Nov 4th. He's six months old already. It's crazy. He is crawling and learning to stand. They grow way too quickly. I hope you have a wonderful birth!

I really don't think you can have BH contractions in your back. Those just tighten up your belly, make it hard, and then go away. They don't go back and forth from your back to your belly like actual contractions do.

Sometimes though, like what you're describing, women feel the contractions only in their back.

I would maybe time them, just in case. Or if it gets any worse, and you can't handle it, call your doctor! Maybe there's a baby in sight for you!

I am feeling great other then the normal aches and pains of pregnancy. We are breaking the cycle with our name stuff. My name is Cori, my hubby is Kevin then our girls names are Kimmi and Kelsie. So we all kinda rhyme right now, but we are breaking that by naming our boy Ian. LOL... Oh well we both love that name and if we have #4 then we will just to something different too. I hope all is going well for you.

Hey same thing for me... The nurses check my BP, weight, belly, heartbeat, and I'm done... I do that every 2 weeks.. Then I go to the main hospital every 4 weeks for an ultrasound..

I get checked now every two weeks and they measure my belly hear the heart beat check my weight and bp and i'm out!! lol i was like that's it?? do something else!!! i feel like anything can be happening in there and they won't even know!!! but my doct assures me that as long as the heart beat is fine and the baby measures fine then there is nothing to worry about. i hope this helps!!! if you hear anything else about this please let me know!!! lol
