Hi, I wanted to give everyone an update on my work situation. I reported to work today at 8am my scheduled time and at 3pm 1 hr before my shift ends my boss came and called me into her office to sign the warning paperwork pertaining to the 3 days I called off in July 2 of which I had a medical excuse for. I told her that I refuse to sign the paperwork because I have medical documentation and 1 non medical excused call off is not considered excessive for 1 month. She told me I had to sign it anyway even if I did not agree and that I could write a comment on the paper and I said no, not without my legal councel rewiewing this document. I picked the paper off the table to look at It and she tried to snatch it from me stating that I was not allowed to have a copy unless I signed it. I still refused. She told me that I will be insubordinate but I still held my ground. I walked out of the office and resumed my duties until 4pm. I ultimately decided not to give in to this because I discussed this with my dad and sterpmother and they advised me that I do have rights even as a part time employee and that what they are trying to do is NOT legal. I also got alot of responses from all of you. So, I guess we'll find out what happens with me this week. Yes, I do need the money but I am not going to let anyone take my rights away, so thats why I decided to stand my ground. Oh yeah, they cancelled the zoo trip and she didn't even tell me to come to work and when I brought that up she got defensive and said she had already found coverage. Anyway, I hope everyones pregnancy is going well and I want to thank everyone who responded to my post needing advice.

Wow! I actually gained from 82 to 93.5 pounds in my 19 weeks of pregnancy. My doctors are really happy lol. U will gain, don't worry! I thought I wouldnt! The reason y I gain is cuz I actually eat every 3 hours instead like 6 small meals a day bc thats for an average person, but my doc says I'm very tiny and small that I need to eat 3 hours a day and when I dont, I get very light headed and start to faint. I fainted 3 days ago...and its horrible, I scared my bf to death and he didnt know wut to do put poured cold water on me! I woke up crying and soaking wet and he was comforting me by huggin, kissing and rocking me as he was apologizing for pouring cold water on me..lol. I went home early today from work...threw up 8 times...it was nasty. I felt bad for my co-worker who had to clean it up lol.

And yes my boobs has gotten really big...I was a size D now im a DD. The nipples is now really big and my ass has gotten bigger too! LOL! My bf noticed it and was like WOW UR BOOBS AND ASS HAS GOTTEN BIG! He was loving it. But I am not! I got my wedding dress today and tried it on...my boobs area wont zip!! Around my belly wouldnt either...so I am praying the boobs go bk down after the baby is born!!! I love my wedding dress! But we're holding it off for 2 yrs til we get the baby and our life situated by getting our own place and stuff.

Is ur belly showing more and more now? Have u felt the baby move more often now? I have...and its crazy. My bf loves it when he touches my belly where the baby is...and like press it to say to say hi as he does that and than the baby moves away or goes to another place lol.

Its going great!!! Im so glad i finally have internet access everyday and i was finally able to join.. i feel like i know some of the girls cause i have been following along with the posts since 8weeks but i just never got to talk to them lol!!! I didnt find out until i was pregnant until i was a little over 8 weeks because i had a very irregular period and i came down with the flu around 6 and a half weeks which is when morning sickness usually starts so i had a double does.... morningsickness AND the flu.. BUT we just thought it was a horrible case of the flu.. it was a HUGE suprise to find out i was pregnant as we were not even trying lol!!! When we did finally find out i was pregnant i had to under go also of testing on the baby early because i had taken alot of meds to deal with the flu (since we didnt know) and i had been extrememly dehydrated and lost 16lbs but everything with the baby was fine... and when i went for my 20 week BIG ultrasound they told me it is a BOY and they measured all the bones, checked the organs, and checked for several birth defects and everything looks perfect.. it seems like the first 20 weeks FLEW by BUT since i have hit the halfway mark everything has slowed down lol!! Have you started thinking of names for your baby girl? I was hoping for a girl since i have two younger nephews i am VERY close to i thought it was time for a girl in my family and i had TONS of girl names picked out so if you need some help i have a list a mile long lol!!!! Sorry this message is so long. i just realized that i was going on and on lol.. but if you ever wanna chat im here, and now that i have internet i have found that i am on 24/7 lol!

Thank you, now I can stop worrying about the baby but my new worry is going into premature labor.lol. I always have a worry. I have been having the real sharp pains in my cervix lately. I didn't want her to check, since she said that checking can make an irritable cervix worse. Only, 18.5 weeks left to the due date and If I have him at 36 1/2 weeks like my first son then I have 15 left. Olmost there I guess. lol. How are you doing?

I just use headphones...cheap ones so i'm not upset if they dont go back to the shape they were. just make sure that when you put it to ur ears its not too loud, the baby does not have air bubbles in the canal so it hears as clear as we do.

I just wanted to give everyone an update: I talked with alot of you abot my terrible appt with my midwife ( she was real nasty to me) last Tues and that the u/s report stated that they weren't able to get a good look at my babys entire head, so of course I worried that something was wrong with my babys head. I had my u/s this morning and everything is good (his head is completely normal) I was worrying myself for no reason. Also, my midwife wasn't so nasty to me today; I mentioned to her about the sharp pains in my cervix and she told me not to worry unless I was having strong contraction like pains. She offered to check me but said that checking sometimes causes more problems and irritates the cervix, so I did not get checked. I only worry about preterm labor because I was dilated 1 1/2 cm and contracting at 22 weeks with my first son; I was given medication and Iv fliuds and the labor did not progress. Anyhow, now that my u/s has proven my baby to be healthy I can finally quit stressing. I was just told to take it easy and not overdue myself as far as walking and activities are concerned. Thank you for listening to my complaints.lol. I was just stressing about the head issue way too much.
