Chips and salsa.. that sounded good last week then the chips went stale because my craving passed.. lol... Well I had my midwife appt today and everything is wonderful.. I have to set up an appt for next week for an u/s but not to find out the sex.. we are waiting til birth.. I just want to make sure all the insides have grown properly.. make sure the baby is healthy...
You are finding out the sex.. I did with my first, it creates a special bond.. and it's nice to know what to buy..
We just figured either way we'll be happy and we LOVE SURPRISES!!!

Hopefully I get to find out. IF the baby is not shy. The triple test is the same as the abp test different name. Well, the kids are officially done with school and already starting to get on my nerves! Anyway, we took them to the waterpark yesterday and we had fun! The rec center doesn't open till the weekend, so we are going to just hang out at home for the next few days. I have to work all weekend, so I'll take them swimming on Mon is the weather is nice. I am doing well. This baby moves alot when I eat/drink something sweet. Hopefully s/he is not going to be hyperactive. LOL. How are you doing?

I tried to clean my bf's fridge today....but nothing interested, so I decided to drink water instead. He had work at 6PM so we had an hour before doing our eveninging together lol. After we were done we both got in the shower together and he was cleaning me and washing me even though I told him he needs to wash himself since he needs to go to work. But nope he still cleaned me and washed me lol. After we were done, he even DRESSED ME. I was like, "I can't dress myself" But he smiled at me and was like "I want to do it for you so you don't have to do anything but relax." LoL And after he was done dressing me and putting my shoes on me and all that stuff, than he took my hand and we went downstairs together and he sneaked a kiss and went to work while I drove home. So I'm not mad at him anymore! Wait when is ur doc appointment? Mine is monday!

Well I always wanted a girl first but I have been dreaming of a baby boy and that has made me kind of want a boy! so I guess I really do not care either way but I would love to dress a little girl!! haha

They have a very smooth texture and taste.. sounds good huh? Well my pregnancy is going well. With my daughter I had a challenging pregnancy... this one seems to be going smooth.. little m/s to start..(avocados are good for m/s)..lol. but so far I am loving this pregnancy.. kinda just how you imagine pregnancy would be like.. How about you?? Is it all you thought is would be?... and we haven't even gotten to the good part yet!

I just eat the avocado as is, they are so rich and tasty by themselves that adding anything to it seems to defeat the goodness of it.. lol.. What I do is I take a spoon and cut off the top, like a hat, and I eat it out of the shell, like its a bowl of avocado, then I eat around the seed, eventually it comes right out and I enjoy the rest at the bottom and scrape the sides clean.. it is SOOOO GOOD!!

Hiya, I went to my appt and everything looks good! The babys h/r is in the 150s and I am measuring on target. We did not get the triple teat done though. I got the date for my scan...June 27th Yeah!! Can't wait. I have been feeling the baby move a ton; have you yet? Don't worry if not cuz it's your first. I have gained a total of 6 lbs and I need to be careful since I'm only trying to gain 15-20, since I'm already overweight. How are you doing? when is your appt?

lol i know me too. when I firt saw it on the big screen previews i punched my bf's chest (softly) n was like BABY LOOK I WANNA SEE THAT! U'RE TAKEN ME TO SEE THAT MOVIE! lol and he smiled and said alright i will. The baby is doing good so far, I mean no problems with me or the body. It's so hard to eat healthy I've been eatting junk...it's so sad. But I still look skinny as hell just with the bump thats it. But other than that im mad at my bf AGAIN. So I've been ignoring him 3 days straight now. How are you doing? Im so excited we have 9 more days til we get bk to the doc for another heart beat and than one more for the sonogram! :biggin How r u doing? and the baby? and ur bf?

thanks girl! omg that movie was sooo fucking funny. I couldn't stop laughing at most parts of the movie and my bf was like that movie was not as bad as I thought. Cuz he isnt much into those kiddies movies but I am, but he took me to it cuz he knows I love to watch those type of movies and next he's gonna take me to see WALLE!!! I wanna see that sooo bad the robot is sooooooooooo CUTE!!!!!! Yeah go out and have fun girl!!! Tell mw how u lke the movie

No, the ultrasound is different than the blood draw. The ultrasound is called the nucal (sp?) scan. The abp is a blood draw that is done around 15-17 weeks or so. Still, looking for the same thing different test. Everyone says it takes a special person to do myu job but I am beyond burn't out. Working with 8 who have MR/DD sucks alot at times, but it's not always bad I guess it depends on the day. I just work part time ( weekends) fulltime and I would be in the looney bin by now. Lol. I think anything in healthcare working with people is esp challenging.

The abp test is alpha beta protein and it is a blood test that is used to detect downs syndrome(mental retardation) and spina bifida (hole in the spine). It is not 100% accurate and we don't want to worry for the next 5 months.Yeah, my appt is this Tues( 16 week appt) and I should get mt big ultrasound date at that time. It is hotter than hell here in Ohio 95degrees. OMG I'm crankier than shit! We don't have central air and had to get a window ac the other day because it would be a oven in here and I couldn't bear it, or my kids. They don't get out of school till next week and the pools don't open until next weekend. I think that when the baby moves it feels different to everyone. To me it feels like little kicks or the baby rolling that is getting stronger every day. I think I have been felling movement since about 11 weeks. I have to work all freakin weekend and I don't feel like going. I work in a group home for the mentally retatded (8 adult women) and I am irritable and I don't want to put up with their behavior problems this weekend. I'ts emotionally draining!!!! I've been at that stupid job for 8 years. After the baby is born I should look back into starting nursing school again. The hubby is always at work and I'm home with the kids by myself alot. I guess I can't be mad though we need money. How is life for you?

lmfao!! u will GET that all pregnancies get it that i know of. Ya I was pregnant @ age 17, but i didn't want it...and had an abortion. All I was thinking about was my prom and my years of having fun. But I couldn't bare to go through it again. My bf & I are really happy to keep it. today was my 20th bday so I had the best bday. I dont think anyone ever had 4 cakes in one day!!! My best friend malvin bought me a cake to surprise me but I ended being over 3 hours late and it was really really hot outside n he was outside waitin for me @ our campus and the cake melted lol. He ended up throwing away when I was like ew what happened to it...

My other friend Yanet bought me a cake and it didnt melt, we ate it! Than when we went to the restaraunt there was 16 of my friends and my bf there...it was crowded and I felt so bad that I couldnt hear everyone talking cuz I was distracted by the ones that was closer to me. My best friend Leo surprised me with a cake too at the restaraunt and a man bought it and handed it to me and im like "SIR? THIS ISN'T MINE, I DID NOT ORDER ANY CAKE, ITS NOT MINE AND MY BF ISN'T PAYIN FOR SOMETHING THAT I DID NOT ORDER!" and everyone laughed at me and I was confused and they were like "surprise! happy birthday!" and I felt sooooooo stupid..... lol. Than my last cake was @ home when we went bk to my house...it was so weird we all bought our damn cars when all we needed was 4 cars & share rides to the restaraunts but we ended up bringing 10 of our cars lol while the others took a bus to meet up with me, but they had rides from my friends to take them home while I relaxed for the rest of the night! I had a crazy day and tired!!! I need the rest cuz the rest of this week I gotta work! Tomorrow my bf its taken me out to see a movie that I really wanna see Kung Fu Panda!! Im so excited--u should go see that movie!!

Oh and to answer your question about the baby move yet...yes I have felt it move. The kicking isn't as strong though. I felt like butterflies or fluttering feeling, it tickles me sometimes. The only time it kicks is only if I have the music blasting so loud but when I turn it down or off, it stops! But sometimes I feel it kick when I'm working. But lately I have been feeling a little pain it doesnt hurt a lot it comes a few times...and I'm startin to see a line thats called linea nigra. Its verticle....do u have on urs yet? Its a bit dark! I'm also starting to get itcyness and rashes!!! doc says it normal and common for pregnant women to get that but omggg its annoying i keep itching it!!!!!!! I thought I was goin crazy with all the itchyness and thought sum bug has bitten me or something. Have you felt those yet? It's annoying

U remember when I said they are helping me for free? That's why. I'm not payin for anything and for an ultra sound is way too expensive so they rather wait til I am "20 weeks." But the thing is, my doc also said if this isn't my 1st pregnancy, I can show more too. If you've been pregnant before you tend to show more....so I am going for that and not the other way around, you know?? But I mean I really don't care how many weeks I am just as long as it pops out of me whenever it's ready lol. Omg hey you should ask your parents or friends who have a wedding ring and tie it around the ring and put it in front of the belly and if it goes in circle its a boy and if it goes side to side its a girl. I tried it and mine went side to side....but you know they dont always work...but we'll see!!! U should deff. try it and seee!! and also use the heart beat also to compare.

I know!! haha! But remember what I said before?? My parents and friends think I am more than 4 months pregnant cuz I show way too much...the doc won't even find out how many weeks I am, they only assumed bc I just guessed on a period when I never actually had any for over 3 months!!! But I was under birth control...and it expired around Dec. 2007....so I'm guessing I got preg either late dec. but I told the doc Feb. becuz I love Feb for valentines day lol...so I really don't know how many weeks I REALLY AM!!! But I hope once I get the ultrasound done they can tell me!!! They said they will check when im 20 weeks!! so they better keep their damn promise or imma be upset!!!

Thats gr8!! U're lucky!!!! Arghh people here are soo picky!!! But it's fine I got other help and goin to the docs for free! They already planned where the baby is going to be born! Which is fine for me but my bf and his parents dont know where the hell it is!! So I have to show them ahead of time or I can get my parents to take me since they know where it is just in case when I go into labor!!! Omg Im afraid of that!! My friend just got her baby not a week old yet, and its sooo cuteeeee, its a girl!! I can't wait to see her thursday!! It's also my bday too :) Big 20...yeppee I'm so glad...u know the gender yet?

How are you feeling; are you still depressed?? I'm still not speaking to my so-called bff. I think we've grown apart two much and I dont think our friendship is repairable; we are just too different now. Anyway, I've been feeling a little depressed myself; my husband is working all the time 2 jobs just to make ends meet and I barely see him. I work a part time job myself and my kids go to daycare once a week. I feel lonely at times like I have noone to talk to, but I have my kids of course not the same as adult interaction. Well at least I'm almost to week 16 only 3 more days! Soon it will be time for the big ultrasound and thats exciting!! I get a little nervous about reading the comments about the girls who lost their babies. Last night I read a comment about a girl who lost hers in week 14. I dont like hearing that stuff; its scarry!!

I know...believe me I was too!! Have you heard your baby heartbeat yet?? I heard mine but I didnt ask because i didn't know you can tell what gender it is by just knowing their heart rate! If itss under 140, its a boy and if its over 140 its a girl!! But sum say 145...if its under 145 its a boy...if its over 145 its a girl....so I don't know which one to use!
