Heres the work update: Alot of you are asking and it is so I thought I'd give a big update on it. Anyway, I reported to work on Sat and my boss was already there and the lady from human resources came shortly after. I was then called into the office for a meeting and I of course had a copy of the work handbook with me.haha. So, I once again stated my case and why I was refusing to sign the dicipline and h/r broke down the days that my boss was trying to count against me. The 2 Saturdays in June were thrown out by h/r becuase they were preapproved days off and not call offs( my boss tried to say that they were not pre approved) but I told her she better tell the truth because there is documentation to prove that they were( I filled out a personal leave paper 2 weeks in advance), so she admitted to h/r that they were indeed pre approved. That left 3 days in July 2, which were pregnancy related and 1, which was due to babysitter having an emergency. 1 ofm the drs excuse days was also thrown out but I am being held responsible for the (babysitter day). Anyway, h/r told my boss to hold off on the dicipline until I submit the zoo trip excuse, which I did yesterday, so we'll see what happens. I did point out that policy states that FMLA excuses cannot be held against an employee along with the fact that a dicipline cannot be issued unless the excessive absences are 2 consecutive months in a row, which does not apply to me since the June days were thrown out. H/R is supposed to be mailing me FMLA paperwork to fill out if I have any future pregnancy related call offs, which would count against my 12 weeks. Honestly I think they were both floored that I had a copy of the handbook and brought it with me to state my case. I guess I'll see what happens next. I think that evil boss of mine will try to find another way to get me out. I told them that I planned to stay until Oct 1st and my boss made a comment saying If you last that long, which I replied what do you mean by that? She said well... you don't know what can happen with your pergnancy and all. Whatever! That woman is NASTY! I ahve had problems with her ever since she became manager back in Oct. I can't wait to leave that place and never go back! I will soon have my new little boy. I am not going to let that crappy job bring me down. It is what it is. Thank you all for your concerns and I will give another update when I find out whats next. I hope I didn't ramble again.lol.

Yay! Congrats! Girls are so much fun! Labor was, well, ungodly! But I did it again WITHOUT pain relief! I will never so that EVER again! With the next one, there will definitely be an epidural! lol... Piper is wonderful! She is perfect in every way!

Enjoy and cherish all the movements! I really miss those a lot!

Hi, I wanted to give everyone an update on my work situation. I reported to work today at 8am my scheduled time and at 3pm 1 hr before my shift ends my boss came and called me into her office to sign the warning paperwork pertaining to the 3 days I called off in July 2 of which I had a medical excuse for. I told her that I refuse to sign the paperwork because I have medical documentation and 1 non medical excused call off is not considered excessive for 1 month. She told me I had to sign it anyway even if I did not agree and that I could write a comment on the paper and I said no, not without my legal councel rewiewing this document. I picked the paper off the table to look at It and she tried to snatch it from me stating that I was not allowed to have a copy unless I signed it. I still refused. She told me that I will be insubordinate but I still held my ground. I walked out of the office and resumed my duties until 4pm. I ultimately decided not to give in to this because I discussed this with my dad and sterpmother and they advised me that I do have rights even as a part time employee and that what they are trying to do is NOT legal. I also got alot of responses from all of you. So, I guess we'll find out what happens with me this week. Yes, I do need the money but I am not going to let anyone take my rights away, so thats why I decided to stand my ground. Oh yeah, they cancelled the zoo trip and she didn't even tell me to come to work and when I brought that up she got defensive and said she had already found coverage. Anyway, I hope everyones pregnancy is going well and I want to thank everyone who responded to my post needing advice.

Wow! I actually gained from 82 to 93.5 pounds in my 19 weeks of pregnancy. My doctors are really happy lol. U will gain, don't worry! I thought I wouldnt! The reason y I gain is cuz I actually eat every 3 hours instead like 6 small meals a day bc thats for an average person, but my doc says I'm very tiny and small that I need to eat 3 hours a day and when I dont, I get very light headed and start to faint. I fainted 3 days ago...and its horrible, I scared my bf to death and he didnt know wut to do put poured cold water on me! I woke up crying and soaking wet and he was comforting me by huggin, kissing and rocking me as he was apologizing for pouring cold water on me..lol. I went home early today from work...threw up 8 times...it was nasty. I felt bad for my co-worker who had to clean it up lol.

And yes my boobs has gotten really big...I was a size D now im a DD. The nipples is now really big and my ass has gotten bigger too! LOL! My bf noticed it and was like WOW UR BOOBS AND ASS HAS GOTTEN BIG! He was loving it. But I am not! I got my wedding dress today and tried it on...my boobs area wont zip!! Around my belly wouldnt either...so I am praying the boobs go bk down after the baby is born!!! I love my wedding dress! But we're holding it off for 2 yrs til we get the baby and our life situated by getting our own place and stuff.

Is ur belly showing more and more now? Have u felt the baby move more often now? I have...and its crazy. My bf loves it when he touches my belly where the baby is...and like press it to say to say hi as he does that and than the baby moves away or goes to another place lol.
