Hello, my name is Caroline. I live in Mebane, NC which is near Raleigh. Im 19 years old. My fiance's name is Howard but everyone calls him Trey. Him and I are expecting our first baby May 22nd. Neither one of us have children so this will be the beginning of the rest of our lives- we are so anxious and excited to start this new family. As soon as our little Aaron arrives, we plan to get married as soon as possible. We dont plan on having the actual wedding, just going to get the paper work because he will be leaving for basic training for the army in June. Once he returns, thats when we will have the wedding we have both always dreamed of. I am also currently a store manager for an AT&T Wireless agency.

As a young mother, i am terrified, scared, nervous, BUT ALSO happy, excited, and anxious. I have never raised a child before so im probably going to be very cautious about every little detail in my little girls life. At night when my fiance and i go to bed, Aaron starts kicking and moving alot and the only way she will stop is if Trey has his hands on my belly. That makes me smile. I have many questions and concerns about every feeling and movement i get so if decide to become a friend of mine, please know now that i will be asking you many questions that may seem very silly. With that being said, i do enjoy meeting other ladies in the same situation as myself. its always nice to have someone who's going thru the same things as myself so i have someone to talk to. So thats me....take it or leave it. If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask.

-Caroline- AKA- Cee-Cee

How`s my pregnancy doing?

hey there! just thought i'd check in and see how you were doing. how are things? you getting it all in order?

i don't know if you seen my post, but i didn't get my son circumcised. when it cames down to it, unless its part of your religion, there is no real medical reason for it. it just makes it easier to clean that area. later things can arrise that may make it necisary, but i haven't had any problems in 20 nearly 21 months now. so just a lil tidbit of info.

i only bring it up, because i was originally going to, and my husband asked me why. i was stumped. i was like what do you mean why? because. and he laughed and asked if i could come up with a more logical reason than "because" it was just something i thought you were supposed to do, so i was going to, and when i looked into it i realized i couldn't argue with my hubby on it. his reasoning for not wanting to were:

1.unnecissary
2.painful
3.out of pocket expense

my reasons for wanting to
1 because its what people do

lol he won. just my oppinion though and everyone has their own and no ones is wrong! ^_^

Stroller!! I bet I don't remember, my puddled brain being what it is at the moment!!!!

That's the thing with Noah here, lots are using it, think football tops and burberry caps!!!

As for Dan leaving home, I'll block it out and pretend it's not happening!! Not the most mature approach but hey I'm a kid too in the head anyway!!!! xXx

OMG!!! Yes I read your story!! I bet it was such a hassle returning all these things back to different places..but as long as u know for sure now... I've also done the 3D/4D scan.. but it really starts getting to your head when people keep saying the same thing to you!! LOL.... I mean honestly I wouldn't be mad or anything if I end up having a boy ..but I had 5 scans!!! I'd definately go back and hassle the doctor about it LOL!!

A pram is one of them things on 4 wheels we push the baby in!!! LOL!1 That might seem a bit 'DOH!' but I'm not sure what you call it either!!!! I've been mentioning the word pram for about 7 months on this site and you've been the only one brave enough to ask what it is!! LOL!!

My oldest is going in the Royal Navy in September so it will be like having 2 kids again. He is really really gormless though and I dread to think of the mistakes he will make with big decisions!!!!

Gonna call the baby Niall (NY-AL) and then Andrew after hubby's grandad. I liked Noah too but everyone seems to be using it at the moment so I'm scared that it'll get chavvy!!!! xXx

P.s. Kids ALWAYS drive you crazy!!!! xXx

When they told u, u were having a girl what did they see to say that? cause I have a pic from when I was 18 weeks froma 4d and and we thought we saw balls or something inbetwen the legs too and the sonographer told us he didnt know he wasnt sure cause he also saw the 3 lines. We went back to him when I was 20 weeks and he said it was a girl and so did my dr. from my 20 week sono. So im just curious to know how it all went down with u. Like how sure were they when they told u it was a girl?

Well, to me it looks like, in the one picture where you can actually see some of the ear, that that's where the picture and the light ended...Did the tech say that his ear was weird, or were you just concerned looking at the picture later?

I'm sure it'll be great. What do you call a pram then??? LOL!!

I had a bitch day yesterday, the chicken pox kid decided to spray sun cream (the kids one which is green for fun!) all over my bedroom, crayon on my windows and mirrors and climb up my new chest of drawers using the handles as steps and breaking two of them!!! MY GOD!!! The little f-er only had 10 minutes! I swear I was tearing my hair out by the time hub got home!!!

AND.... My 16 year old had a shocking hangover!!! WHAT THE.....

Have I put you off having kids yet?!?!!?!! LOL!! xXx

Great new name. Aaron is a great name. How are you doing? Have things started to settle a little. Are you in for a weekend of returns? Hope all is well.

Those ultrasounds look so strange anyway...My daughter had weird crinkled up ears when she was born- they look normal now!

We have a convertible sleigh crib also that we used with our daughter and will be using again. It is great. I feel like I am going to have this baby very soon! My doc said if I don't have him before my next appt. (Monday), she will offer me the opportunity to be induced later next week. The baby is as low as he can get and I am 3 cm and 50% effaced. I am having lots of cramping and lower back pain. No fun, but glad I have made it this far and hopefully will have our baby boy very soon :) Can not imagine just now finding out the baby's gender was wrong this whole time...what a tailspin!!

mommyballs - Thursday, 24 April
well a normal crib will definately be a lot simpler! its not like aaron gunna notice the difference either way! ~_^

bittybop - Thursday, 24 April
Wow, I thought Wal-Mart was the one place that would take ANYTHING back!! Bummer on that but sounds like you had a very productive day! The round crib is SO awesome...can you find something online and have it shipped quickly?? I would hate for you to have to return it esp. after y'all already got it put together! Congrats on your BOY :)

 So cute!

MariaC - Thursday, 24 April
Hi mommy to AARON!!! I have had one done, (thank god!!), although even they're said not to be 100%!! (they're £165 here too, about $350!!!). I did look at Aaron's mickey and your right he has got good size balls, LOL!!

What to tell him about the pink shower??? Hopefully by then you will be laughing about it!! Or laughing at all us women all over the world checking out his privates!!!!

Was you able to change everything? Like I said yesterday if they say no, post the stuff back!!! It would be much harder for them to post your stuff back to you than send you store credit! I was a store manager for years so I know all the tricks. It would take someone really harsh not to sympathise with you though!!

What about your pram and car seat and stuff? Post a pic of your new ones.

I'm so glad you're feeling better, stress you less need at the moment!!!! I think you scared us all half to death!!! LOL!!! xXx

P.s. Like I said yesterday, boys love their Mum's more!! P.p.s. I bet it feels weird saying 'My son!' xXx

mommyballs - Thursday, 24 April
i found this website that sells rounds crib bedding, they even have a section were you can 'design' your own bedding set ie. pick the color/pattern. for a customized FULL crib bedding set its 349.00 which includes Blanket, Bumper, Sheet, Canopy and Dust Ruffle., but you can also just have them make the pieces you want.said usually ships within 2-4 weeks... anyway, check it out its ababy.com

ninavedicci - Thursday, 24 April
The round crib is very unique, I would say just exchange the crib. However you do a few weeks left to try and fond something else,or just have something unique made for Aaron's round crib. Also I am very happy to hear that exchanges on the clothes worked out well for you, that's a blessing.

mommy2008 - Thursday, 24 April
OMG!!! What if that happens 2 me??? We've tried the 4D 3x, but the baby is always positioned backwards and can never get good pics :( I don't even bother asking my doc 2 anymore. I was supose 2 go to the doc this week, but my hubby and I decided to take off to the beach for a couple of days 2 enjoy our last days of freedom. So we will c next wednesday 2 see what happens.
