Hello, my name is Caroline. I live in Mebane, NC which is near Raleigh. Im 19 years old. My fiance's name is Howard but everyone calls him Trey. Him and I are expecting our first baby May 22nd. Neither one of us have children so this will be the beginning of the rest of our lives- we are so anxious and excited to start this new family. As soon as our little Aaron arrives, we plan to get married as soon as possible. We dont plan on having the actual wedding, just going to get the paper work because he will be leaving for basic training for the army in June. Once he returns, thats when we will have the wedding we have both always dreamed of. I am also currently a store manager for an AT&T Wireless agency.
As a young mother, i am terrified, scared, nervous, BUT ALSO happy, excited, and anxious. I have never raised a child before so im probably going to be very cautious about every little detail in my little girls life. At night when my fiance and i go to bed, Aaron starts kicking and moving alot and the only way she will stop is if Trey has his hands on my belly. That makes me smile. I have many questions and concerns about every feeling and movement i get so if decide to become a friend of mine, please know now that i will be asking you many questions that may seem very silly. With that being said, i do enjoy meeting other ladies in the same situation as myself. its always nice to have someone who's going thru the same things as myself so i have someone to talk to. So thats me....take it or leave it. If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask.

Hello there.. thanks for your post about the knot in my stomach. It has moved since I mentioned it so I am sure now that it was a baby body part that maybe he couldn't move for a couple of days. I've been doing the movement counts though, and he's doing well. Thanks again for the advice! I also read that you just found out that you're having a little boy! Congrats on the news, however, I know I'd be upset too if I had to exchange all of my stuff. At least you have family helping you deal with the hassle of it all. I'm sure you'll still be plenty prepared for that little boy before he arrives. Good luck to you!

Heyyy. Thanks for posting on my page about the SHOWER SUBJECT. I'm also glad I'm not the ONLY one feeling the way I do. I'm feeling somewhat more at ease now though...I don't like to dwell on stuff, ya know? The main thing that had me extremely upset was the fact that I found out later on that night that my extended family were all invited, and none of them showed. Understandable that they all live out of town, but....at the same time, I don't live THAT FAR AWAY.....on 2 1/2 hours, so I feel at least a FEW could have made the EFFORT. It's actually getting me pissed again reminscing about it. lol. But....we will just have to do it on our own, little by little....until the baby is born...starting with the PRIORITY THINGS. Things like a EXERSAUCER (for example) are not priority at the beginning, since the baby will be too small for it anyways.

I just read you update!! I had a boy cat in the same situation who we called Emma, he kept that name till he died last year age 17, poor bleeder!!!! He was the oddest looking cat too, especially when he got old!
Funny enough I'm blessed with 3 boys so maybe your right and there is something in it.
Aaron is a lovely name, I wish I'd thought of it.
Try not to get too stressed tomorrow and if Walmart won't exchange your stuff (cry if you have to!), write a letter to the head office explaining whats happened and post the clothes with it, then they HAVE to have sympathy!!!

OMG!! Are you OK?? I don't know what to say to make you feel any better!! I'm sure you already know that it won't matter what sex the baby is when he/she comes out?! But it must have really threw you!!!
I would just return a few thing and get neutral stuff for now. I bet it still could go either way. Were they sure this scan is right? xXx

Hi, maybe you should wait to return things until the baby comes...who knows which doctor is correct. Then you would be certain and not running around town for no reason when you don't want to anyways...besides your baby won't care what color you make it wear or what color its sheets are...as long as you are there and giving it lots of love. I'm sorry it was a shock for you though. That takes some getting use to after so many months of different expectations.

Oh my goodness sweetie that must have been a shock. Well welcome to the boy club! That is really crazy but look at it this way at least you found out now and not the day he was born. All the boy clothes are so cute you can dress them up like little men. Good luck shopping try to take things back on a weekday when the stores are slow.

I feel for you..that has to be your worst nightmare but it happens..they told me it was a girl and I didnt find out it was a boy until he was born...we were patiently waiting on Ellie making an entrance and there it was...a boy..what a shock that was...I kept saying."are you sure...are you sure?" as we had no boy names picked out. But you know I wouldnt change him for the world. Its just a bummer all those pretty girl clothes. xxx

WOW. That is amazing! I can not believe that! I am sooo sorry. I would have done the same thing but would have thrown a fit! Are you 100% sure it is a boy? All I can say is WOW. Hi, No my hospital doesnt do tours so i have heard! Which is a little annoying!!!!! I saw my health visitor today, she popped in and she looked at me and said there is no way your gonna last, she doesnt think there is much room, so i think she may come 2 weeks early but you never know and she will prob be late!hehe! My hosp only allows you to go over by 10 days max so i know shes gonna be here regardless soon and thats all that matters!

heya, k thats good that im not the only one lol jus have been extra nervous coz this ma first and dnt want n e thing to go wrong aye. yeah im with you on the telling the family thing, haha i put off telling them for ages. but after the initial shock there all excited now aswell. n its great havn a bf dat supports u, dnt no wt i wudda done without him :)
