Well, I'll tell you what my doc said to me... "just don't give it to her. Offer her the other option, if she doesn't want it, she doesn't get it." I had to do this with Olive. She wouldn't drink milk after the babysitter gave her juice for the first time. She screamed and threw her bottle away, but eventually she took the milk. With the bottle, we just didn't give her the bottle anymore or only gave it to her once a day, for a couple of weeks, while giving her the cup the rest of the time. worked well.

Me and Ms Gianna is the same way..she is just like Rylee.. I felt like i am the only one..her peditrician said its ok up to 14 months and Gianna is 12 months now but I feel like she should been off..I Introduced her pink sippy cup at 7 months but she only drinks juice out of it and milk only in her BOTTLE...i had a day where it was milk in her cup she cried non stop for 2 hours and I gave in she does great with juice in her sippy cup but no milk and i just get frustrated especially out in public when i'm shopping and she throws her cup and is only looking for her bottle..stay in touch and we will help each other :-) *smile*

ah man, just keep trying...buy her cool cups with a character she likes. Shayla drinks from "straw cups." (it's better for their speech and teeth anyway) she hasn't used a bottle since seven months but I didn't have to break her from it...she just stopped taking it! lol. now breaking her from nursing will be a TOUGH one! not looking forward to that!

she's adorable in the pix, btw, Kaela is 16 months and still drinking from bottle, drink water from cup and refuse to drink milk from sippy cup. I am so irritated myself, i given up. She's so smart and wont take the cup. So, I just wipe down her teeth till this day and don't know when I will try again... Sorry no help there. but just wanted to share my story with you.
It's not easy at all.....

Or try the whole milk mixed with formula in the bottle. then try in the cup once she is use to the mix.

Hmmmm? I wish I could help.... but Molly never took a bottle at all so I wouldnt know. I think a bottle is okay 1-2 times a day after they are one. Its a big change for her so dont rush into it. One day at a time..She is still a baby :)

HEY GUYS!!!! Sorry i havent been on, we moved and we still dont have internet or anything cause we are having some money issues...grrr... well kayden and jenna are doing awesome!!! Jenna is sitting up by herself now and giggling. I call her my extremely serious child bc u have to pretty much do back flips while wearing a clownsuit to get her to react lol. but once she does laugh its sooo damn cute. hopefully soon i will have the internet and will be able to keep in touch!!

hello..thanx for the comment...she weighed 6lb 11oz..and was 10 days early..so not a bad weight at all..she's so tiny though..she's only 46 cm long..lol..how much did your daughter weigh?...she's sooo cute..love her smile...take care..x

Oh wow! they are the same size! Molly was sick too so she is just gaining it back. She was 17.9 last week. She has got her appetite back thank god! molly has always been small but they say she is just petite but very healthy.At first he said we had to be put on the waiting list for the swine shot then he talked to the nurse..came back and sait since she is so cute, she can get the shot! I guess the rules change daily these days. Thats a great picture of you and Rylee :)

Miss Molly went to her 1 year check up today! she is 18 pounds and 29 inches. Still a peanut! she got her swine flu and seasonal flu shots....plus 2 others. Poor babe! but she did great! and I feel much better about this whole flu thing. its scaring me so bad lately. Did any of you get it for your kids?

I got my membranes stripped at noon today and it's almost 4pm and NOTHING! But I'm still hopeful it will happen soon. She did the sweep twice and said she expected to see me before the weekend, lets hope she's right!! Baby dust and labor dust to all who need it! XOXO
