I had suspected that I was pregnant because my period was a week late. I bought a test and there were two bold lines. We are PREGNANT! I am excited and hubby is a little hesitant....but we will work on him!

Tonight we told Blake and Gabby that we would be having a new baby soon. Oh, Boy were they excited!!! Blake just got the biggest grin on his face! Gabby was very contemplative and asked " you mean Ella ( our Boxer) is having puppies???? Poor thing we really surprised her. Then they both at one time said, "I want a brother, I want a sister!!! This is going to be such fun, I really am excited!

OMG!!!!!! Okay well today we found out that yes we are still pregnant and yes there were heartbeatS......yes twins! They are doing great they are in their own sack and healthy. We could not tell just yet if they are fraternal or identical. But it is so awesome I get an ultrasound every month now!!!!

The doctor called first thing and told me she had reviewed the sonogram on disk and that she thought they looked great! I was so happy to hear that. I know I saw them both but it is more peace of mind than anything. Baby A had a heartrate of 185 and Baby B had a heartrate of 182.
We go back for our normal check up on May 9th and for another sonogram on May 30th!

Well today is not a good day. I have been so sick. I am nausious, dizzy, hot, my BP is high,I have had a headache for 2 days, I feel so weak and so very tired. I called the doctor and her nurse told me " your probably having a bad pregnancy day, hun". All I could think was something was wrong with my babies. But I have not had any bleeding or anything so I am just praying when I go in Friday they will hear them both. Keep us in your prayers.

Today is Mother's Day! I was awaken at 8:30 am with cereal and applesauce for breakfast! Such sweet kids they are. They even made me lemonade ( I had no idea we had stuff for lemonade so I was LITTLE weary!!) However it was very good my favorite cereal and applesauce two of my favorits right now.
We then went to my Grandmother's home for lunch. My Mom and sisters and thier families all came. It was great fun. Our family has such love and heritage, I just cannot wait for these two new little bundles to grow up in our family.

I don't know if it's even an option in Canada unless u go and pay 200 for it. I guess that probably has lots to do with that we don't pay for health care here. How much does it cost to have a baby where u live?

Good lick in finding out, it probably doesn't matter so much since you already have one of each. I'll just take my three healthy boys and be done, I am definately okay with not having a girl but some people aren't that happy. Especially the mother in law, but to bad thats what they are!!!! I've never had a 3d ultrasound it's probably way more detailed.

Congratulations!!! Your pregnancy is kind of new. For the most part mine was just fine. This last part has not been perfectly smooth sailing, but not nearly as bad as it could be. You are going to have your hands full too. I'll have 4 as well. A bit nervous, but I suppose God only gave me what I can handle. Good luck with your pregnancy!!

Well I feel a lot better now than I did when I was where u are. I was really sick for the first few months, I could barely take care of my son. I am still very tired all the time but I've just accepted that this is the way it's going to be until they come out. Are u going to find out what u are having? I'm having 2 more boys!!!!

Mine went well, strong heart rates of 168 and 175 and both babies were moving around. It was nice to see them again for reassurance. I haven't received my results back yet, but hopefully they will be good. I posted pics of the U/S they did for the testing. Can't wait to see yours. :)

It took a long time to "feel pregnant" for me too. As a matter of fact, their kicking (and the bulging belly) are the only real things that remind that I am, in fact, preggo some days! LOL
Try not to worry too much. Good thing is you have more Drs appts than usual so they will give you plenty of reassurances.

its just the good sono they usually give to people carrying twin around 16-18 weeks, not the one in the OB office its usually a specialist. how often do u see the OB? I see mine every 2 weeks i wish it more. im starting to really gain wt. now.

Its good to hear they are on top of everything and checking your sugar, bits and pieces!!! Its amazing how much stress your body goes through having twins and how one minute you can be fine and the next your totally buggered!!
Its true having two is quite special!! But its also very full on!! while one is having a rest from crying the other one will start!! Its quite funny actually!!

i finally posted a picture of my latest sonogram . this one is at 13 weeks so it's hard to see that i have a thick membrane between my bb's, due to fetal growth. i get my level 2 sono on 5/23 im so exited!!!! can finally find out the sex of my "b" baby. i want 2 boys, but my heart tells me it's a girl. do u get your level 2 sono soon?

I wanted the babies to be a surprise but my husband had to know. We already had 4 girls so he said he needed to be prepared for more girls LOL When I orginally found out we were pg I said I didn't want to know the sex of the baby and we both agreed on that but when we found out it was twins he begged to find out. But it was nice to have a son finally but I would have rather waited. I put a new pic of the babies up Brinley is on the left & Billy is on the right they are 10weeks

I'm so with you! I lost my paycheck (still haven't found it!), phone (on a regular basis), my ID and bills. Those are NOT things I want to be losing! lol I tried to go to the bank one day and ended up back at home...THREE times! And I can never remember why I go into a room. It took me 2 hours to START dinner because I would walk in the kitchen and forget why I was there. Hopefully this will get better soon!!

Congrats on the twins! It is so exciting and there is just no comparison between a twin and singleton pregnancy, in my opinion. You grow so much faster. Only thing I didn't like was it took longer to feel them kicking than with a single.
It's still so very exciting, I can't believe it!
For the sake of your older children, I hope you get one of each! LOL

I was really sick from about 9 weeks till 13 weeks. I could hardly even stand to have a shower most days. I had some accupuncture and it really helped to take the edge off. Your children are handsome kids. We will both go from 2 to 4 children. Exciting but scary at the same time don't you think?! Glad you are feeling good.
