My doctor (who is female and excellent) told me to definitely get a flu shot. She said that with our poor immune system, a flu can kill a pregnant woman. She also got a shot when she was pregnant a year ago and never had any problems and always incourages her clients to get one. I'm getting mine this Saturday.
