Hello my name is Melissa and I have been married to Chris for nearly one year (our wedding anniversary is 19th September). We have been ttc since Christmas with no luck so far. I have had problems with regulating my cycle since I came off the pill and up to now I have been taking a relaxed approach to it all. But now action is needed and I am joining you ladies to share experiences, make friends and to help me understand the lingo on the forums LOL

Are your cycles regular? if so I would prob wait to test until like a week after AF is gone. That way a kit of tests will for sure get you through a cycle

I've used ovulation kits quite a few times and i am for this month too, I made the mistake of telling my partner when i new i was ovulating though, it made bding a bit pressured and so i don't tell him now !!! I did find then really usefull though.

I bet, i can imagine you just want to get started on trying with some sort routine cycle!! I hope it's good news for you!!
I had a hiccup while trying i had to have treatment for pre-cancerous cells, it has took 3 months to get over it properly....I've been given the all clear now though so we have started trying again.
The two weeks waiting time after ovulation is what kills me....People tell you not to think about it, but it is sooo hard not to!!ha ha.
