Hi everyone,

My hubby and I were so excited last year when we found out we were pregnant. Even more excited when we saw 2 in the first U/S with their own little heartbeats. Sadly at 10 weeks I went in for a routine f/up U/S and found that we had lost them both. A rare condition called Acardiac Identical Twin Syndrome...1:33,000 chance. We were both destroyed and I had to have a D&C. Took more than 12 weeks for AF to return to normal (longest 12 weeks ever!). Now we are preggers again and due Dec 31st!!! This will be our first (fingers X'd) and I am considered high risk because of my age. I wish I had started earlier but sometimes things dont work out the way you plan!

Im feeling well, i put up a blog with my week 7! it has all my symptoms and stuff in there. But for the most part i would say im ok... with some tough moments lol.
When you go for your next us i should be getting ready for mine.. they look more like a baby at 10 weeks! Yeah !

Awww im so happy everything is going very well! i cant believe you got to see your little bean! Will you be putting up a picture soon!

I wanted my ultrasound for week 10 so i can really see that baby moving.. and to help make these weeks go by faster! I cant wait to have my turn adn i hope i get great news just like you!

Congratulations this will be a healthy baby.. i know it!

oh my god, i must have checked this page 20 times to hear how you're doing! I am soooo happy for you and it gives me hope too.

my next ultrasound is on the 20th May, by which point I should be 8 weeks pregnant. It seems like such a long time to wait, especially if it turns out that things aren't good.
Oh well, here's hoping - i haven't had anything weird happen either since the bleeding, it seems we are experiencing the exact same pregnancy at the same time!

thanks for your message, I am so worried, especially as Lakesha discovered that she had a yolk sac but no baby growing.

Yes I saw a sac,but no heartbeat,the sac will continue to grow,but no baby ever developed.It even slid out of me while I was@work,the whole sac slid out,it was gross,but better than having to get a DNC

Thats so sad, i dont think i knew you lost twins.. But i understand how you feel, im comming up on week 6 and that when and where i lost my little baby about two months ago. So im getting nervous. I can totaly relate.. Everything should be fine so dont worrie or stress. i was told it can be just as bad.

You should include an intro to you page talking a little bit about yourself, include your loss as well this way other moms can relate to you and find comfort in knowing some one else went threw a similar situation.. Just a thought.

Ill be keeping you in my thoughts. I hope everything is ok.

Omg i hope everything is ok.. With both you and baby. I know how scary it can be and i hate the wait they make you do when your pregnant, no matter what stage you are you shouldnt have to wait that long..

Im glad the us looked good though.. Did they give you a reason for the bleeding.. Has it continued..

I hope everything is ok with baby and i hope the cramping goes away soon. was the bleeding around the tim of you expected period.. i was told some woment encounter some bleeding around this time..
