I am a 21 year old college student who is happily married to the man God has prepared for me. We are currently preparing ourselves financially, spiritually, emotionally for our next attempt of having a child. We are working on getting a house in October and thank God for that. After the death of our first child, Gloria, at 5 months, I didn't want to have children at all after that. After things settled down and I got more peace about what happened (check out my blog), we decided that once we have things in place again--and even more than the first time--we would try again.
Things may not have turned out the exact way we wanted the first time, but we are confident and excited to try again. So we ask you keep us in your prayers and that you pray God gives us favor and strength and that we have a healthy problem free pregnancy when the time comes. I know it's really amazing how God places people in your life. I continue to pray for you and your spouse as well. What we went through was difficult, but were survivors!! I'm happy to hear that you and your hubby will be trying again. I hate when people hear my story and automatically feel that I wouldn't want another. But I know God didn't make a mistake and if he blesses us with another (like we want), we will truely understand how blessed we really are.

Everything is going very well. We are truely blessed!! My little one had surgery Friday morning to close a heart murmur, but he responded well to everything. He finally hit the 2lb 1oz. mark! He has to be 4lbs., breathing completely on his own, and bottle feeding before he can come home. So we should have our little prince home in approx. 5-7wks and Lord knows I will be excited for that day! How have you been?
