Hi there,

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

i know how you feel, my c-section is scheduled for the 20th and i've been having so much pain and crap that i'm about to start trying to get things started early also. my dr say that the only reason i'm hurting so much is because my first child is only 10 months and my body wasn't ready for another pregnancy but i don't think that is the only reason. well hope to talk to you soon. good luck

wow, you just perfectly described the same pains i've been having!!!! today they were really bad too... i was at the grocery store with my mom, and they got so bad i actually screamed inside the store and had to grab onto the cart, i thought i was just going to collapse!!! soo... when you went to the doctors did they tell you what it was? i have no clue what the pains even are, i just know they KILL. at least i'm not the only one having this.... are yours getting any better? mine seem to be at least tolerable when i'm sitting, but if i'm standing they start right back up.

My girlfriend had horrible rib pain like that when she was pregnant, and it turned out to be a bruised rib from the baby kicking.

I would maybe just call and ask your doc about the stomach probs just to be on the safe side. Being that you are still 6 weeks away from your due date, they may want to make sure there is nothing else going on. They also may want to be certain you are not getting dehydrated. I delivered my first born at 34 weeks so I am kinda very cautious about everything! Hope you feel better soon!

we just had our lamaze classes this past weekend and the told us that we may get diarrhea and that is just our bodies way of cleaning out all of the toxins in our body to get ready for the birth. But if you are really concerened I would ask my Dr. Good luck. :)
