Little baby on the way,

God please listen to our prayer.
Keep our baby safe and strong,
Let his time with us be long,
Help us teach him right form wrong,

This little on, though not yet here,
Is loved so much, has grown quite dear.
Delivery time is growing near,
That's why we pray our plea you'll hear.

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

My back is killing me to...so my doctor refrerred me to physical therapy, I suggest you ask him for a referral, and go only to a specialist.

My acupuncturist says its safe AFTER 12 weeks but they should stay away from the pinky toes and the inside of your ankles.
Those points are spots acupuncturists put needles in to bring on a miscarriage. After our last baby died she used those spots and they helped contract my uterus.
That said, I had a pedicure and she rubbed the inside of my ankle (it felt so good) and my uterus started contracting. She stopped and nothing happened to the baby.

As a beauty school graduate i can tell you a massage is not only enjoyable but completely safe(as long you are not having any complications so far) at any stage of pregnancy as are pedicures as long as there is no deep massageing. so keep that appointment and enjoy!

I get massages all the time and both my doctor and my massage clinic say that it's fine to get massages after 12 weeks. Just make sure you go to someone who specializes in prenatal massages and that you don't lie on your stomach. Have a great massage!
