Another one at 19 Weeks

I'm a mommy of one already to a 4 year old wonderful boy name Zack, he is such a joy to be around, I wish I didn't have to work sometimes because I miss him so much! I am engaged to my fiance, Dustin, and currently we are pregnant with our second child due May 5th. We were unofficially trying and were shocked to conceive after just 2 months, now here we are expecting our 2nd little boy, everyone else was convinced I was having a girl but my son and I, I guess they were wrong! :)

March 11, 2008

32 weeks 1 day today and so very tired! I feel like I did in the first trimester only because it is tax season I am working 6 days a week and some 10 hour days so I feel completely beat up some days! Little Ethan is moving around SOOO much inside of me, kicking and punching so much it is making my belly sore! I had my baby shower on March 1st, what a blessing it is to have family and friends that care so much! We got some wonderful gifts from family and friends along with some gifts cards, we are almost completely ready for this baby, and my son is getting excited too, he is ready for him to come out already!! Other than that my health is good, the pelvic pain hasn't gotten any worse, in fact it feels a little better (knock on wood!)

February 7, 2008

Well now I am 27 weeks, feeling good, just a little tired with a little pelvic pain that seems to get better with exercise. Had my doctor's appointment today, up to 27 lbs gained, then had my glucose test...will find out the results tomorrow, followed by my rhogam shot right in the rear end! That was fun LOL! Feeling the little guy move around a lot still, but less then I was a couple of weeks ago.

January 22, 2008

Had another ultrasound today and the baby looked great, wasn't moving around much, I think he was tired like his mommy! But his heart rate was a strong 157 bpm and he is already measuring at 2 lbs and about a week ahead of schedule! I'm feeling pretty good for the most part, but I am starting to get some pelvic pain similiar to my last pregnancy, but not nearly as bad yet, hopefully it stays that way!

January 2nd:

Had another Ultrasound on New Year's Eve. Baby's heart looked perfect, he showed his hands to us and they looked good, so everything is looking great! He was moving around like crazy and I feel him all the time!

December 21st:

Pregnancy is still very uneventful which is a good thing. I am feeling healthy, but hoping to keep my weight gain down! I go for another ultrasound on December 31st to get a extensive look at the babies heart. My first born had two minor heart defects, one that has since corrected itself, so although right now the babies heart looks completely normal they rather be safe then sorry! They also want to get a good look at his hands since he was being stubborn about showing them last ultrasound. Everything else looked completely normal!
