Hi all , im lauze and this is our third baby which we starting trying for as soon as my hubby returned from iraq april 07. By the end of june we found out im expecting again and we couldnt be happier.

We have 2 gorgeous girls at the moment so are hoping for a boy this time .

This pregnancy is classed high risk due to having my eldest 10 weeks early and pre-eclampsia risk with 2nd so was induced 2 weeks early. So im chilling out when i can had a bleed at 9 weeks but that hasnt effected anything and baby is healthy and growing well .

Im 14 weeks now and counting down the 6 weeks till we find out the sex im so excited , we all are. 19th November sexing scan :-).

so far this pregnancy has been more tiring and no sickness (unlike with my girls) and im totally off chocolate at the moment . sherbert and cheesestrings were craved last week though. latest craving that im hooked on BOVRIL cnt get enough of it :-).

15 weeks today ! and i am sitting watching my hubby eat bovril , cheese and ketchup on toast ! thought i was meant to get the craving not him. :-)

hoping to receive my intelligender kit nxt week and i cnt wait . will post the results soon . think blue x

16 weeks and im full of a head cold my ears ache head feels heavy and throat is crappy cant wait for this to pass. apart from the above pregnancy wise is all great bump getting bigger and only 4 weeks till sexing scan. eldest daughter zoe cant wait as she really wants to know whether to call baby he or she as shes been making a card for baby at school , bless. she said she didnt even know what colours to use cus she doesnt know if its boy or girl so she just did a rainbow :-).

16 WEEK PROGRESS CHECK WITH MIDWIFE :

well all went great with the midwife we listened to the babys heartbeart and checked me over. my bloods came back good so no iron tablets thank god ! :-) she guessed its gonna be a boy the heartbeat was 120bpm. colds also cleared now although i seem to be suffering with pregnancy mush head forgetting silly lil things its driving me mad.

NEARLY 17 weeks: my intelligender kit has arrived which is supposed to be 90% accurate on sex of baby. i will be taking the test first thing tommorrow and letting u know as soon as its done. im so excited to see what outcome this has.

18 weeks and feeling fab viewed a home from home birthing centre in andover ( nearby town ) which i love and counting down only 2 weeks till i find out the sex exciting times . Im still eating cheese like everyday think thats my main craving now.

The intelligender results are ... ORANGE says im having a lil girl .

My neighbour and good friend called she just found out shes about 6 weeks pregant so ive now got a none drinking buddy over crimbo and new year :-P. My sister and other good friend are trying for a baby.

19 weeks : wow only 10 days till the scan times flying cnt wait to see our lil one again. :-) baby moves more now low down still but hubby managed to feel baby.feeling baby more and more each day now , like when talking to my 3 yr old ill get thumped by this baby :-) .

5 days till my 20 wk scan now and im getting very excited im taking both my girls to see there bro/sis to be. Hubby finally sorted the day off which is such a relief. Im feeling ok apart from headaches and sinus pain every now and again ! and when i woke this morning i noticed a change in my bump this lil one grew overnight.

WOOOHHOOO HALF WAY THERE !! :-) and its children in need day, so sent eldest off to school in her spotty top and £1 she has to hand in. whilst i try and wake up properly im so totally useless in the mornings since being pregnant, i cant get motivated. Most of the housework gets done around 6pm when i seem to have a burst of energy.

20 week scan today at 1.30 pm , ITS A BOY , everything is great hes doing really well he was a right wriggler moving his fingers and toes, even hiding behind his hands etc. we are all ecstatic its a dream come true hubby says he feels like hes won the lottery.

21 Weeks !! and here i am blitzing the whole house scrubbed and polished top to toe. had a burst of energy and am making the most of it. feeling fab actually dont feel pregnant have to remind myself whilst moving our very heavy marble/glass dining table . Dont want to do myself any damage.

22 weeks! and im getting nicely rounded for the crimbo pudding look :-) he quite lazy with moving compared to the girls. im busy getting ready for christmas my first party is on friday and i cant wait. the whole pregnancy is still going great and me and baby are doing well.

23 weeks !! and ive just got back from the army wives christmas party, i danced the night away how fab ! and ate way to much it was a brilliant night got in around 1.30am. That was my first crimbo lunch of the month too and its was delicious. everyone touched my bump and asked all the usual questions. this pregnancy is going great still, still glowing :-P. Although i thought i had avoided the leaky boobs lol with my girls i started getting them from 20 weeks ! today they started dam it oh well 16 weeks left and my lil boy will be here.:-P

24 week midwife checkup 18th december it went great she said hes chilling out head on one hip and bum on the other :-) she estimated his birth weight would be around 7 1/2 lb and his hearbeat was 140bpm. my blood pressure etc were all fine and she said it was fine for me to have him at the andover birthing centre which was my first choice :-).

25 weeks and feeling good still although quite heavy and bit depressing not being able to look so good at crimbo lol. missed crimbo drinks . so will make up for that next year. we bought a new buggy system thats arriving on the 10th jan i cnt wait. its so gorge cnt wait to have our lil man in it. we visited family for boxing day and they loved watching my tummy move. he hates it when i balance anything on my tum and tries to kick it off.

26 weeks and feeling the winter colds! but baby making good progress. my sister found out shes preggers !!wooohhooo :-) totally made up.

27 weeks looking 4ward to midwife nxt week i am starting to feel heavy , i can complete the maternity grant paperwork and send within the next couple of weeks. so fingerscrossed.

28 weeks midwife went great hes growing well strong heartbeat and is head down. if i hit 37 weeks i qualify for a home birth which is great news. my blood pressure is normal and she signed all my forms ready to send off for maternity grant.nxt check up is 32 wks around the 12th feb.

29 weeks feeling heavy but well and still full of january colds hate not being able to take something to clear it! my girls r getting excited at the thought of there brother arriving and the nursery is really coming together.

WOW 30 weeks today everyone keeps asking where im hiding my bump i sure they wont be asking in next few weeks when i pile on the weight towards the end lol. Im feeling great (apart from cold still there grr) im sleeping better and seem to be eating for 3 constantly snacking :-). looking forward to cing midwife in 2 weeks to c what progress me and babyblue have made.

31 weeks today and all is going great with the pregnancy hes still very active and growing well. I really feel exhausted this week dont seem to have the energy in me at all its very annoying especially as my hubbys away till end of month. My sister had her 12 week scan this week and shes expecting 1 baby on 19th august all is well, very happy for her.

32 weeks just got back from midwives apt, all is good measuring 32weeks and strong heartbeat so far still got all clear for homebirth :-). Surestart grant was also sorted this week so we can get last bits for baby when hubbys home (end of month). Had abit more energy this week to took the girls to the park a couple of times. Although getting to the midwife and back tested my energy levels really was ready for sit down and drink. 13th feb and last night was horrid i was suffering with indigestion/heartburn i thought whilst going to sleep it got worse though and i ended up being sick over and over again and shaking as i went very cold. i had a glass of water and finaly got some sleep. Feel ok at the moment and hoping it doesnt happen again. im glad to say the sickness must of been 24 hour im fine :-).

33 weeks ive booked my 4d scan today and im so excited 9 days till i go :-) cnt wait to c my lil man feels like ages since i did. visiting family next wkd for my big bday meal there all excited to c how big i am, and from what i hear i think baby might have some gifts aswell :-).

34 weeks ive just got back from my bday wkd which was great and the 3d/4d scan we had done was amazing (ill try and sort some pics out to show) he so chubby bless him and weighs around 5lb i loved seeing him again. I feel as if my bumps lower and bigger now so hoping to have him before the end of march. Im feeling really well though just abit heavy some days. Midwife came took bloods turns out my irons low :-( so on the iron tablets i go as long as i get my iron count back up in 2 weeks i can still have homebirth otherwise im stuffed :-( not happy.

35 weeks and getting very excited now only 5 weeks till due date, i think he is still high well not engaged as im breathless so think he hasnt dropped down yet. I am getting back ache most days now and have had some sharp pains lower down also bh are more often and frequent so thats a good sign. people still say im glowing although i just feel like a fat lump now! and cnt wait to get bk into some nice clothes and get bk my energy no checks this week my next apt is 11th march nxt tuesday.Ill let u know how i get on fingerscrossed on the homebirth :-).

week 36 im achey getting lots of backache and braxton hicks. Im so unsettled its driving me insane. Friday i was in agony with sharp back pains but over weekend i havent been as bad although im very low on energy i feel so heavy i was eating for about 10 the other day big meals and all of a sudden i cant seem to finish even 1 meal had to start snacking.

36 week midwife check the good news: Hes engaged and ready to go any day now midwife says.

badnews: 80% chance of not having homebirth due to iron levels. retesting on tuesday but if i go before then its straight to hospital.all in all the midwife check went well heartbeat and bloodpressure all ok.

37 weeks im having strong sharp back pains every other day and bh are alot stronger. Got some raspberry leaf tea and clary sage oil just to try and encourage labour abit. got another check up this tuesday fingerscrossed for me peeps as im so ready have him now :-). hormones are also annoying up and down emotional nightmare lol poor hubby its meant to be his easter hols.

38 weeks midwife check all went well she re took the bloods to check iron and let me know about the homebirth. Im still getting bh and back pain is daily im so ready to have him anytime now :-). my next apt with midwife is tuesday 25th march. i will get my results about iron on thursday hopefully. fingerscrossed everybody ! oh and the pharmacy have lost my gas and air prescription! doh!! the search is on.

20/03/08 THURSDAY and today we got the great news 1. they found the gas and air and 2. we can have the homebirth im so made up !! my iron levels improved greatly in one week thank god ! .

so today i had a bath in clary sage x 2 hubby took me on very bumpy ride on army tank route! ive drank raspberry tea and bounced on my birthing ball and down the stairs. i think hes gonna be stubborn i mean im even thinking about sex !! lol. We are all so ready for him to be here now .
