This is my first pregnancy, and my husband and I could't be happier. We are building a new home ( we should be in by May) so there are alot of big changes that are going to take place. We have been living with my in-laws for a year now, so as you all can guess I am ready to move out :)
I love being active, so my morning sickness has slowed me down a bit, but I know that soon I will be my old self again. I am not going to find out what I am having, I think that I will need something to focus on when the delivery comes.
Week 14 and feeling great. So glad that the morning sickness is over with. I am still really tired, but to be expected. I will not be having a ultrasound until May so I feeling a little left out from everyone else, but I am sure that everything will be O.K.
Week 17 - I can feel that I am pregant now - My Belly is starting to really pop out. Feeling good, though a little frustrated cause alot of my clothes no longer fits.
Week 20- I finally had my first ultrasound - wow that was amazing - we are waiting to find out the sex of the baby. The other most amazing thing is I can finally feel the baby moving inside. I am loving being pregnant :)
Week 22 - Well I have to go back for another ultrasound - they didn;t get a good enough picture of the babys heart so I get to see him/her again which is exciting. Starting to get a bit bigger - And the baby will not stop moving!! I think I am going to have one active baby..lol
Week 24
So my company will be blocking all sites not pertaining to buisness, so I will not be on very much now, as I do not have a computer at home. Take care everyone - and best of luck!!!
Week 26
I just got my second ultrasound results back - they could not see the baby's heart properly the first time - and everything came back perfect :)
I am so happy - the Good Lord is shinning on me thats for sure :)

It was some kind of antibodies injection cause of my blood type, something to keep the baby from getting an infection if our blood was to mix. I really don't understand it, I just do what I'm told lol...
Nothing much planned, sleep maybe.. Lol.. The hubby is still at work so it will be a very quiet long weekend. I'll probably get really bored. But looking forward to not being at work anyway. We have a weekend to the beach planned for the next weekend. We are gonna pile up and drive about 4 hours to Florida and stay friday to sunday. I'm really excited about that!!

Well I really hope that baby shifts around so you can get some relief!! You poor thing... I'm doing pretty good, getting more and more tired and less sleep. I just can't get comfy at night. I had to go get my RH shot today. It didn't feel the greatest but wasn't too bad. The nurse had me thinking it was gonna be awful but it really wasn't much of a sting at all. Isn't this fun???? Lol...

Aww that is really cool. I was reading on our week some of the ladies were talking about books that help get the baby to sleep during the night. That sounds pretty cool. I think one of them was a dvd, that would be so much easier than reading. I'm working on a stack of books as it is. I have one on pregnancy and one on the first year with the baby and the another that doesn't have anything to do with babies lol... I rotate them lol..
I told Marc I'm at the point where I'm so looking forward to sitting on our porch with the baby sleeping in his room and me having a drink and a cigarette and doing something just for me lol..

aww thank you! another thing is i always think the worst before hand. hopefully they will keep me and i can bring the baby to work! which was the orinial plan with the previous owner and im their only employee so they have to keep me kinda! lol they need someone who knows what their doing..

Oh lucky you! We get a 3 day weekend next weekend, it's 4th of July so we are off that day. I'm looking forward to just resting lol..
We ordered a car seat from our automobile insurance agent, he gets them for a discount so people get the right kind. He gave it to us for a baby gift. I will still need to get another one to put in Marc's truck so I'm not sure if we will just order another thru the insurance company or get one ourselves.

Yeah I've seen those too, I want one. It should be alot easier when the baby can actually sit up. I try not to think too far ahead cause I don't wanna rush him growing up so fast but it's hard not to. Cause you think about how hard it's going to be at first and what a big adjustment for us first timers. But I know I'm gonna miss him being so little. Are you guys wanting more? This is it for us, he has 2 already and I just want this one.

Yeah I got me a diaper bag last week I think. It took me a while to find one I really like but I found one at Sears that seemed just perfect for me. I think it was called Baby Sac or something like that.
I'll have to check out that website, I wanna get a baby sling for when I go grocery shopping by myself I don't have carry him in his carrier and risk not strapping it to the cart right or something. I can just put him in the sling and have both hands for the cart. They seem pretty cool!

He is going to induce because of my husband's job. Marc works on an offshore drilling rig so he is away for 2 weeks at a time and home for 2 weeks. So my due date fell in the middle of when he would be gone. So the Dr. said he can schedule it to where Marc can be here for it. He said he can only go 1 week prior so that puts it a few days before Marc would leave and he will just have to take off a few extra days. I'm scared but thrilled!!
Yes that orange drink was some nasty stuff. I just held my nose and closed my eyes the whole time. One of my best friends works in the lab where I go and she was there with me and laughing the whole time. I got my results right when she drew my blood. I don't know why they are waiting so long to tell you. That doesn't make any sense.
And yes girl, my back and my ribs hurt so bad. Sometimes it's unbearable. Make the hubby rub you down!!
