Oh also about the nasal blockages - I get them too whn I've just woken up, but mine have been being dried bloody lumps - I think I must be getting nosebleeds when I sleep?! Going to mention that to my midwife tomorrow and see what she says. xx

sorry to hear about your cramps! i eat loads of bananas and been ok so maybe it does work! nothing yet except tiredness, and also startign to feel very heavy by the afternoon, want to finish work now too, on a residential course in derbyshire which i'm a bit worried about, gonna be late evenings workign and lots of outdoors stuff (and nooo toilets! eek!) but will give it a go,

i hear you with the weddings lol...we've had them the past 2 weekends and we have one more on Saturday. I used to enjoy them so much, and now i find myself looking at my watch to see how much longer i have to stay awake! I don't have the energy to dance like i used to! good luck :)

just back from hols, and even tho i love my job - my mind is defo not in it! am an asst. public rights of way officer for wakefield council, we too keep having restructuring, but don't worry - any change to your job you can do em for discrimination - they won't dare touch a pregnant womans post! i imagine journalism isn't well paid either - but as you say -we cope! just had my 20 week scan and all is well though so am sky high at mo. keep waiting for them to say there's somat wrong!

Paris! very exciting!
Last day today thank god, love my job, but am ready for a holiday! feeling much better now, when i'm well, i feel fantastic, but do seem to get knocked sideways with the headaches.
