Hello everyone. I have been with my boyfriend (ROB) for over a year now. And on my 24th birthday I got a present that I wasn't expecting...I'm pregnant. Even though it wasn't a planned pregnancy we am very excited. Things happen for a reason...and I am just taking everything one day at a time! I was 8 weeks when I finally got into the doctor's office...and since I was so scared and worried that everything was going wrong...they decided to send me for my first ultrasound. I couldn't help but cry...I saw my lil baby...and the heartbeat...and all of my worries went away. So far I guess you could say I have had a good pregnancy. I really never had morning sickness...and besides the food cravings and weight gain...I have been so happy!! Wanted to congratulate everyone...and feel free to comment!!

I had my 3rd doctor's appointment on Friday. Rob and I went in expecting nothing...and just in time for the holidays...received the best gift ever!! We heard the lil heartbeat. I thought that I would cry...as I did with the ultrasound...but instead I had the urge to just giggle! We even heard the baby moving around. But I have my next doctor's appointment in a month so I will update more then!! Take Care!!

Today is Christmas Eve...and as much as I love the holidays...I am ready for them to be over. Rob & I went to my side of the family for Christmas last night. Told them all the great news...some were in shock...but I think they are all excited. Merry Christmas everyone...Take Care!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!! Well this weekend was a not so fun one! We were staying with Rob `s grandparents on Friday night...went to bed pretty early. Then around 11 pm I woke up with sharp pains in my lower abdomen...I was so scared I was in tears...didn `t know what to do. Rob woke up and asked what was wrong...I just asked him to take me to the ER. To make a very long story short...everything is okay...the baby might just be a boxer though!! Well I had my third doctor appointment on Monday. I was so excited I could hardly wait until 2pm. Well when they finally called my name I went in and had the regular tests done. I have only gained 6 pounds so far...my doctor seems to think that everything is going right on target. Then she brought in the doppler...my new best friend....to hear my little one's heartbeat. And just like a good little one it went right under the doppler. The baby's heartbeat is going strong. My doctor decided to send me for some blod wor k and to my suprise...another ultrasound!! I was expecting to hget to see my lil peanut...but I did...moving all around and then they asked if I would like to know the sex. Definatly...it's like opening a Christmas present early!!! So they did some more scanning....and came back with the conclusion that I am expecting a lil GIRL!!!! I couldn't have been more happier!! We have decided to name her Emma Marie ! Her daddy thought of the name so kudos to Rob! But so far all is good...getting more and more excited for June to get here. But I know that the time is going to go by so fast! Well I thought since I haven't updated here in awhile...today would be the perfect day to. Well yesterday we had another ultrasound done. The doctor wanted to get a better look at her 4-chamber heart. Which he said looked perfect. We got to see more of her little organs...and she was just moving like no other. I just can't believe how much time has already passed...and that it won't be much longer til I get to hold my little girl. She was a little wiggle bug all day yesterday...so Iam hoping that she just relaxes today!! But I want to wish everyone the best of luck!!! Take Care!

OMG...I can't believe how fast the time has gone. I feel like just yesterday I found out that we were expecting. It's been some time since I updated this so I thought I would I would write about the things that have been happening lately. I feel her move more and more...and my gosh she already knows how to keep me up at night. It's also becoming more and more uncomfortable to sleep at night...but I am getting through that. Last week I went for my sugar testing and my Rhogam shot...I am so glad that is done and over with! This coming Friday is another doctors appointment...and my 4-D ultrasound...which we are so excited for!!

It's been such a long time since I have updated...OMG...I can't believe she's almost here. One month from tomorrow and I will be holding my little girl. I am so excited and scared at the same time. We have done alot in preparing for her arrival. We almost have the nursery completed...just a little odds and ends that are needed...but I am sure it will be done soon!! Rob is getting more and more excited as the days go on. He just wants her here more than anything...which I think is the cutest thing!! I have a doctor's appointment on Monday...which I am sure everything will be right on track. I have the good days...and then I have some bads still...getting sick or just cranky...but those are rare! My official baby shower is May 25th...which of course I am SOO excited about!! Well I have to finish up all of the cleaning...so hopefully I will be able to update again soon!!
