hey Nikki that is interesting about the restrictions on the low lying placenta. Mine is also low lying, this is my 3rd pregnancy and has never happened before, I also get another scan, again at 28 wks but was give absolutely NO restrictions. Interesting how it is different in different parts of the world. I am in NY!! good luck!

they didnt tell me that i couldn't do anything out of the normal - think its in later pregnancy it can cause bleedind and cramping. We'll just keep our fingers crossed that it will move and to be perfectly honest from the u/s tech explaining it all to me i really believe it will

Hi, My placenta moved back up, and odds are so will yours. Its really nothing to worry to much about. The doctor will tell you that at around 30weeks you will have another u/s. but chances are it will move back up and everything will be ok. I ended up giving birth to a 10 pound 10 baby boy on the 15th of this month :D

OH! and they also determined that im actually 19 weeks 6 days, instead of 19 weeks 1 day! so my new due date currently, is now april 9th instead of april 13th! the ultrasound went great, baby looks healthy and nothing wrong that they noticed!
