Friday, 15 August My baby had a pimple rash that lasted about 2 weeks. I hear most babies get it. I don't think it has anything to do with eating chocolate. You could ask your Dr. about it though. ox Leanne ox -
Saturday, 26 July congratulations on your beautiful daughter kaitlyn, i had a baby girl on the 10th and called her cailynn summer xxx hope all is well take care thebigtomato -
Saturday, 26 July Well, for me it wasn't really taking care of the baby by myself that I was intimidated by. I know this sounds stupid, but somehow I'm LONELIER when I'm alone than I was when he was in me. I know that sounds really silly. thebigtomato -
Saturday, 26 July I know what you mean about being alone with baby being different from being alone pregnant. It feels totally different! nmck -
Wednesday, 23 July That stinks, honey! I am sorry you have to wake her. How much does she weigh now? Are you breastfeeding? I hear breastfed babies gain more slowly. wowwowmomma -
Wednesday, 23 July Hi Niknaks. My girls got eye infection and breastmilk soothes it but doesn't improve the infection.
You will have to get a eye ointment from your doc. This doesn't heal by itself. With the ointment it will be gone within a day. Good luck. jenhop -
Monday, 21 July Thanks for the comment. I know she was completly fine two minutes later but I just felt awful, my mom said its almost like a rite of passage for new moms. I know one thing I will defintely be using a nail file from now on!!! LOL

Thursday, 17 July Mine daughter is the same way! She will go to sleep at 930pm and then not wake up till 330am but she is up again at 5 or 530am! But as long as she keeps the first long stretch up I don't mind :) My thoughts are as long as they are gaining weight then they will eat when they want too!! mumjac -
Wednesday, 16 July Hi, after three days of demand feeding, my little girl slept for a long time at night, only taking one boob then falling asleep for another long sleep. I think that it is because of the energy they are expending during their growth spert. Sleeping is good for baby, but uncomfortable for Mum if she has made enough milk for babies demand, then has to wait 6 or more hours between feeds, lol.
As long as she is comfortable and safe, don't worry about how long she sleeps, YOU GET SOME SLEEP TOO!! Your doing a fantastic job, and you obviously love and care for her very much, she will be fine because of that.

Wednesday, 16 July Hi, I saw your post about sleeping and it is totally up to you if you want to wake her up but I would let her sleep! As long as you check on her and make sure shes ok enjoy it! My little one is 6 wks tomorrow and she wakes up once or twice through the night to feed sometimes 5 hrs some times 3 hrs but i think that if they were hungry they would wake up! Just think of the poor mommies who are still getting up every two hours and some do that for months on end, you are soooo lucky!! mylilaidan -
Wednesday, 16 July Yes, let her sleep. thats when she is growing. She will wake up when shes hungry. Rachel918 -
Wednesday, 16 July Alexa doctor said wake them up during the day to feed but try not to at night.. they should usually wake themselves up to eat. So I wouldnt worry about waking your baby up let her sleep if she wants:)
