I went for an ultrascreen on the 4th and everything looks to be ok. I was worried in the begining and didn't tell a lot of people we were expecting. I was cramping every day, and feeling really crappy. Now things are starting to feel better, and I am more relaxed. I have begun to tell everyone, and they are all excited for us. My 9 year old is taking all of this really well, I was scared he wan't going to like the idea of having a sibling. I was really wrong! He wants to be involved in every part of it, including picking out the crib and stroller. I told Tully Kipling may have to be my birthing coach because he is awsome!!

Friday, 4 July I am so lucky not to have experienced the swollen ankles yet. I remember that from my pregnancy with Logan and have been dreading it! Atleast I can still reach down to put my shoes on, lol. I am sorry you are so swollen, make sure to prop your feet up every chance you get and drink LOTS AND LOTS of water. We don't have much longer to go! mommy1baby -

Thursday, 19 June I couldn't buckle my shoes today! I had to ask my pal at work to do it for me when I got in this morning. Felt kinda silly, but oh well

Wednesday, 18 June I think we are pretty close in size. I feel bigger than most 27 weekers, so it's great to see someone else who looks like me

Thursday, 5 June i was wondering about the allergy thing too. ive been eating alot of almonds and walnuts...& so many people are allergic to nuts whos parents are not allergic to nuts. Let me know if you hear of anything. thx J.baby -
Wednesday, 28 May i saw your comment about not being able to sleep. I signed up for a gym last week and every day that i go i sleep through the night...& dont get up to pee! I try to exercise before noon and spend 30-40 min on different machines. I will do 10-15 min walking on the treadmill, 10-15 on the eliptical, 10 min on the stair master. I never over do it and drink alot of water while i am working out. If i feel like it, i will lift some weights afterwards. I truly think that this is why i am able to sleep at night! 1sttimemommy2008 -
Friday, 23 May I felt a sharp pain in my tummy too, near my pelvis. It was more to the right. I was walking, I noticed if I stood still it stopped but I din't wanna stand in the middle of the street so I kept walking and it lasted about 20 minutes then it went away. I have my appointment on Monday so I'll ask the doc. So I have no idea what it was. Maybe it was the uterus stretching but I know that pain feels diff. Anyhow, you tell... how are you and the baby? klasnaya -

Sunday, 18 May I dont think June is too soon for a shower. You're probably showing, so it will be fun for everyone to see you! I'm due Sept 13, and my first shower is June 14. Just my two cents! :) Congrats!! shyatt80 -
Friday, 16 May Colleen is a good Irish girls name as well... I love that name Reiley. It's unisex. Patricia, Maureen, Theresa, and Shannon I believe are all Irish names as well. So Reiely Sky, how beautiful.
Logan is so excited to soon be a big brother. He was the only one hoping for a boy! I am thrilled now though too. m0th3r2b -
Thursday, 15 May I love hearing stories like your last post regarding your sister going to Russia to adopt!! I'm adopted myself (long long story) and if I wasn't, I don't think I would be the person I am today. I really think it's amazing that there's people out there like your sister to be able to provide love to a little one. Give your sister a big hug from me!! All the best to you and your little one as well as your neice from Russia and your sis. shyatt80 -
Thursday, 15 May Is your son excited to have a little sister on the way? shyatt80 -
Thursday, 15 May Hmmmmm, a girl name..... I like the name Audrey personally, but it is a bit old fashioned. I was going to name this baby that if it were a girl after my grandmother who passed away last Thanksgiving. I think girls names are the hardest! Have you picked any names out yet? Grace is a beautiful name as well, but it is way too common now. If you pick some names, I could tell you which ones I like but I am sorry I cant be of much help to think of any ideas! shyatt80 -

Wednesday, 9 April REALLY? Sinuses? Who woulda thought.... With all the pollen here, opening the windows would just make mine worse! lol. I am so glad you found out what was causing it. Keep in touch. upchurchmomma -
Wednesday, 9 April I know! There are days with my 3 year old that i think i'm gonna loose it with her, but at the end of the day i would do it all over again. She has really surprised me with how much she talks about the baby, she loves it already. I didn't expect her to grasp the concept as well as she has, its awesome! I continue to loose weight, so except for the baby moving every now and then, i forget i'm preggo! I don't think the full effect of it will hit me until the u/s and i really start showing u know? Have a great day! shyatt80 -
