well two weeks ago i had an ultrasound done and the baby was 6lbs 6oz so he had me get another one done yesterday and she was 8 lbs 5oz so he said that he wanted me to go asap because i have a small pelvic bone and my cervix is tipped upward so he is worried about me not being able to go vaginally so when he seen the baby was already 8.5 lbs then he said he wanted to try and said the earliest he could go was 38 weeks which will be the 3rd but i am not dialated or thinned out at all so he has to start me monday night with thinning my cervix and starting me on pitocin tuesday morning he said because im not diabetic or have high blood pressure then the baby should be developed enough to come out

AWWW big girl!!! What will they do if you go into labor earlier? Will they let you labor for a while then go into the c-section?

poprocksncoke - Friday, 30 May
OH yea.. I was busy today! I went to the grocery store and made tons of food that I froze for when I go back to work. My mom has a food saver so it vaccum seals everything and I can freeze it for months!! How are you??

3rdandFinal - Thursday, 29 May
Sorry it rained on ya, you seemed super excited about the trip. Had my 38 week appt today. Still no action. I waited until he left the room to cry. I am just so tired of hurting, and being uncomfortable. I really hope these next 2 weeks go by fast. How about you, had an appt lately, any news?

countrymama - Thursday, 29 May
How are you doing? Have that baby of yours yet?

countrymama - Thursday, 29 May
hey yeah sorry i haven't been on here lately i've been really tired and in pain lately but i'm doin all right. My placenta moved a lil bit but the doctor still has concern that the placenta will come out when i have chris. It's kinda making me nervous so i'm kinda hoping for a c-section

gabbagirl - Thursday, 29 May
Yeah he said thats part of being pregnant LMAO. I told the nurse I did not have this with my daughter (she is 11) so she said well I was younger LOL. What the big problem is that no one understands not even my boyfriend. I get up from the couch and I have to just stand there before I take a step and when I do I just want to cry.

No not too personal at all. My GF has fibroid tumors and wasn't too keen on having a baby with those issues. So whenever we talked about it I'd always said I wanted to do it. Especially since I didn't get to raise my son. I'd always wanted another one. We talked about the donor thing but I'm very much against a child not knowing or being able to know their father so I wanted to find someone who would donate and still be a part of the baby's life. My partner and I hunted for a long time but eventually I just too matters into my own hands. I didn't want to be preggers @ 35 so I found someone and did it the natural way. This was the best way for me. Had we waited any longer I might not have done it.

Tell her she's not too old @ 38 to have a baby but the risks are higher. The donor way isn't too expensive. Here in Atlanta it was $175 per case. So it just depends on how lucky you are really. If her body will accept the sperm.

I wish them luck in whatever they decide to do.

Hi there! Just wondering how things are going? Just a little more to go! I'm excited but still content to wait another couple of weeks (enjoying some self-indulging time right now).

3rdandfinal - Wednesday, 28 May

Ok, Sex, multiple orgasims, with nipple stimilation at the same time can really do wonders, mens semen acts as a cervical softner so that helps. if sex isn't and option, masterbate. Walking and keeping your heart rate up can induce too. Accupressure, here are a few links to see the right spots. http://www.givingbirthnaturally.com/natural-ways-to-induce-labor.html and then http://health.indianetzone.com/acupressure/1/acupressure_inducing_labor.htm these will help you locate and a few different options. I have found that the nipple stimulation along with multiple orgasims work the best. I have heard from others that accupressure is key. The first link will give you all the tried and true inducers. I hope this helps. Let me know what works for you!

I think I pulled my back by lifting Luke, he weighs 32 pounds. I have a Nissan Pathfinder and his car seat is in the third row, plus getting him in and out the bath and in and out his seat at the table. He is HEAVY! Alayna wore newborn diapers when she left the hospital I had 3 packs. Luckily right when I was about to run out her belly button stump fell off. So now she is in size ones. The boys were chunky and wore size 1 when they came home from the hospital. I never heard of a size 1-2. Are there 2 different sizes in the box? That would be cool. Maybe you could try a department store for her dress, like Macys. Do they have a JC Penneys where you live? That is my favorite store for kids clothes. Plus there are sales EVERYWHERE this weekend. When Christmas nears I am going to tell the grandparents Alayna wants diapers for Christmas. LOL! That would be more useful!

poprocksncoke - Friday, 23 May
Yep.. Maddie is still in newborn. The huggies fit alot better than the pampers. Those seem to be so tight on her lil legs. James just left for the lake. Its weird.. I kinda feel like crying because I am alone and I miss him.. haha How weird. He took our two dogs too so its like JUST me and Maddie. Which will be nice since I dont have to worry about the dogs and baby.. but still. My mom is going ot be over tomorrow prolly and Sunday during the day.. I am going ot have to keep myself occupied at night while she sleeps so I dont get freaked out at any lil sound in the house. I am a loser lol

I want to have it as natural as possible. I told him I don't want an epidural and a C-section is not an option unless i'm dying.

scruz - Friday, 23 May
My husbands son is NOV 18 our daughter is Nov 22 and this one is due Nov 24. All 2 years apart, It will definately be a week full of birthdays now. Not to mention it is usually Thanksgiving week and hunting season here(my poor husband). If you are having a c-section, that should knock atleast a week off of that wait, maybe more if you start dialating. I know those last few weeks are miserable, because you are ready, just waiting on baby to get ready.

scruz - Friday, 23 May
Yeah, that was advice that I definately will not be taking. But Thank You anyway for having my back. Congrats on Girl #3. We are having baby#2, I want a boy this time and suprisingly my husband wants another girl. Girls are so great though. I hope next couple of weeks are good to you.

scruz - Friday, 23 May
I don't give her juice in bed. She sleeps with us so if she moves I wake up. When she gets hungry, we go get the milky cup and when she is done, I brush her teeth. She usually falls right back to sleep. It is just tiring at 4am. If she drank in bed she would spill it everywhere or choke. especially juice. I just wish she wouldn't eat at night, I worry about her teeth.
