~Here's a little background info~

My name is Laura and my Husband's name is Dean! We found out we were expecting February 22nd. Our sweet baby Gage came 7 weeks early on September 14th 2007! The birth story is posted in my children section. It's been an amazing adventure!!!

Gage Michael Is Here!!!!

~Gage's 1 year Dr. Appointment~

I took Gage to his 1 year appointment and he is 31 inches long and 21.3 pounds. He is in the 90th percentile for length and 25th percentile for weight. The Dr. was very pleased with his size. He is now off formula and onto whole milk. He literally went from being a baby to a toddler in an hour. Makes me kind of sad!!! Our little bambino is getting to be a BIG BOY!!!

Ooohhhh, a robot! Can't wait to find out!! I was already told I will have to wait a year after surgery to try to get pregnant. So, if all goes well, we will try next July to get pregnant. I am already 31, and we would like at least 2 more kids. Well, Bobby says 2 more, I might try to convince him for 3 more....LOL. I wonder if I will think the same thing when I have more kids than I have hands.....

hey! I don't know exactly what a regular myomectomy is, but the procedure I will have is laproscopic. So my recovery should be significantly easier than the c-section is what the doc told me over the phone. I have a long list of questions to ask at my appt! You are right on the dates too, thanks for remembering. I know what you mean about them growing so fast. I would love Michael to sleep through the night, but I want to hold and cuddle him as much as possible because I know one day he will be a teenage boy who does not want affection from his mom! Wat did the doctor tell you about pregnancy after the procedure that you had?

Awww, he's sooooo cute! I love the shirtless overalls look! I can't believe our little guys are so big already. Gage put Travis to shame at 18lbs 11oz! I'm trying really hard to fatten Travis up though! I'm so glad to hear that your surgery went well. I hope you are feeling much better now! There are a couple new videos of Travis on my page. He took his first steps!

Sorry I have been SO busy at work I haven't had much time to get on here. How are you feeling? Getting any better? How's Mr Gage? Is his eating still a lot less?

That's SO exciting!! Addaline has been kind of scooting this past week so that's exciting. I'm hoping she crawls soon, I feel like she is SO far behind what she is supposed to be doing. I know she will do things when she is ready so I'm not stressing.

SO anything new with you? Are you guys doing anything this weekend?

Thank you! I think I still have room for 7 more pics in the regular section but I will definitely refer to your instructions when the time comes! Just gave my lil girl a bath. I swear, she loves the water...especially when I wash her hair and the water drips over her head. I just have to do it fast though cuz she does get cold quickly. Does your son love the water also?

NKOTB- gosh that seems like another lifetime ago-literally!!! Thirty was hard for me to accept too. I definitely remember thinking 30 was old!!
Hope you are getting around better. and i'm so glad to here it is finally out, can you tell the the intruder is gone? How's sweet lil Gage doing? I'm sure momma is spoiling him rotten ;-)
Peyton and Mason are terrific! Mason's doing bible school all this week. I swear in another year or so he will be bigger than me. Peyton's gettin long and chunky, rollin, and squealing. She had a cold and ear infection the other week. i thought it was gone, but now shes sneezing and coughing all over again. Poor thing. But she is still happy. Did Gage have a period of interrupted sleep around 4-5 months? She still co sleeps with me b/c i am b/f and seems like every few hours she is waking all of a sudden? Nothing like broken up sleep huh? She loves the pool too, I just had to wait til the water was a bit warmer. Well girlie, guess i'll chat at ya later. Hey if I don't hear from you soon, have a great 4th of July, it's FINALLY on a Friday, YAY!!!

I think it is a regular myomectomy. I will find out at my pre-op appt on July 7. Michael is doing great! I am taking a full week grad class this week and the schedule of 12 hour days is killing me. So my hubs persuaded me to stay with my college roommate who lives near the campus and cut out my 4 hours of driving each day til Friday. It is hard to be away from him, but I know he is in very good hands with my mom during the day and my husband at night. Anyway, he had a follow-up eye exam a week or so ago. It was NICU follow up day, and he was the only preemie there who was not hooked to a monitor, and did not have an obvious deformity. Bobby and I feel like we won the lottery!! How is Gage doing? Did he miss you while you were in the hospital?

Morning Hun! Thanks so much for the sweet private message you sent me yesterday! You are a great friend! I'm doing much better today... I took the kiddos swimming at the Y last night and had a great time!

Yesterday was just a crap day!

I'm in the process of planning a small week vacation.

There's no beaches around here but I'm gonna find something fun to do! I need a break! HA! I'll be gone July 14th through July 18th so if you don't hear from me after that... I ran away and didnt' come back!

Speaking of... did you see that auction on Ebay of that guy that is auctioning his life? I think that is hilarious!

Happy Monday, BLAH!

We had a good weekend, busy as usual but it was good. There is never a dull moment in the Hall household that's for sure!

Awe I'm sure Gage was in heaven to have his momma back all to himself :) How's he doing on the eating? Still eating less? Addaline is still not eating as much and hasn't gained ANY weight in a month in a half but they said that's ok and normal. Her 9 month appointment is on July 3rd so I'm anxious to see how that goes. NOT looking forward to the blood draw thing though. I'm sure she won't be as tough as Gage was with that.

Well Macie is having her tonsils and adnoids taken out on July 16th. I'll be off work that Weds, Thurs and Friday and have the weekend with her as well. I'm already nervous about it but I know it will be just fine and will help her to feel MUCH better in the long run. I'm glad my mom is their sitter so I know when I go back to work she'll take good care of Macie.

I've TOTALLY missed you and our daily chats. It's been lonely no doubt! I'm glad your feeling a little better, wish you were feeling a LOT better but you'll get there. I'm still praying for ya :) Oh boy, Aunt Flo, can't say that I miss her one bit. Haven't seen her for almost 2 years!

Yep we opened our pool up a few weeks ago but it hasn't been warm enough to warm up the water very much. It's around 80 degrees which is pretty dang cold. We got in it last weekend and I about froze to death! The girls are doing really well. Addaline is waving all the time which is SO cute and saying ma-ma and da-da non stop. She is ALMOST crawling, I think it will only be another few weeks and she'll be up and running :( I don't like that my "baby" is growing up so fast.. UGH!

Awe, I want to see some new pics of Gage sometime soon when your feeling up to getting some downloaded. I've been slacking off majorly so I'm not one to talk! Macie has an appt today to see about getting her tonsils out, I'll let you know how that goes, yikes! Addaline's 9 month appointment is July 3rd so I'm super anxious for that. I took her to the breastfeeding clinic this past weekend and she weighs 18 lbs 2 oz. She hasn't gained ANY weight in a month and a half but they said that's OK and not to worry. She is probably just at a plateau for right now and it's fine.

That's AWESOME that you guys can easily have another kiddo if you decide do. I totally think you should try for a girl in about 3-4 years from now but that's just my opinion :P

Double AWESOME about your dad wanting to buy you guys a car seat. You going to get the Britax Marathon? Then you can buy a decent one for Dean's car and not have to spend an arm and a leg on 2 car seats.
