OK...So I made it to Cali from Texas safe and sound!! Im a little tired out here but happy to see all of my Family!! Being pregnant Im already ready to get back home and relax...Im pretty much just hanging out at the house until my brothers wedding. I wanted to hang out with my friends but hey Im pregnant and can't go out like they do but hopefully we will have lunch before I leave on my way back home! Just wanted to say I made it safely and I pray that I make it back home safely with no problems!!!

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

Did you have an epidural? Headaches and feeling unwell often follows an epidural. Birth takes a major toll on your body and I think what you're feeling is probably normal. Hope you feel better soon.

I didn't have a vbac, but i had a regular vaginal birth and all of that is normal I started feeling much better a week and half after delivery. Keep up with the ibrophen I also took a stool softner for 2 weeks which also really helped. Hope you feel better!

you might want to call your doctor and ask them just to be sure. I was told if the pain got worse i needed to come in. Although i dont know if your pain has been like this the whole time so if it is out of the norm for you i would just call and get their opinion.

I had really bad stomach contractions too, they do get better as your stomach muscles go back into the correct area.
