TYhanks for the info! I think that it would be more economical and enviromentally friendly. I just need to convince my husband. I like your idea of the liner. I've looked into diaper services and the prices of the bum genius diapers. I think I'm going to buy a couple to try first and see how it goes. I like the idea of having cloth next to my babys skin. Have you seen the bum genius bamboo diaper? It's more expensive, as if they weren't already, but look incredibley soft and designed for a great fit. We'll see...I really want to try them. Buying disposable diapers is expensive and seems so harsh.

I just hit the 50 pound mark two days ago. I don't understand, I really haven't been eating that much! My doctor told me some women just gain more weight during pregnancy, no matter what they do!

Today I got up and saw dark red blood so I went to see the midwife.... still 2cm dilated.
I swear it was like her whole freaking arm was up there.
I took my neighbor with me and the dumb midwife held up one of the q-tip swabs with blood on it. I was like that's just great..... I was soooooooooo embarrassed.
I mean come on now.... like that was necessary?????

thats pretty funny too, he became frightened!! at least you see the funny side. things have been a bit crazy around here too. i've been super hormonal with phil. i get really upset (to the point of tears) when he wastes electricity. we sleep in seperate rooms just now in order to get a good nights sleep, and he always falls asleep with the light on.. so when i go to the loo in the middle of the night i see it on and him snoring and i go crazy at him. or if he leaves the computer on standby, or if he puts the heating on while only wearing a t-shirt! all these things and more get me really upset and he just looks at me like i'm nuts (which is partly true).
i guess he was just brought up with alot of wastage. anyway. been trying to keep calm for baby. 1 2 3 RELAX.
