thank you for the input. I am so happy to hear that your baby is fine. I have already decided that if mine is fine this time I will not do the AFP testing with the next. I asked the nurse on the side at my doctor's office if she knew about how many people with my ratio actual had a problem and she actually said she had not seen any which made me feel better but then made me aggravated that I and so many women go through all this stress. My hubby and I decided that as long as they can't see anything on the ultrasound we will just wait till birth. I so hope that everything is well for you and I agree if they cannot see it on a good ultrasound then it is probably something they can just take care of at birth. The only aggravating thing is we have to wait so long for a level 2 ultrasound!!! I will just try to pray and just enjoy being pregnant in the meantime.

Well, I went to the doctor yesterday and all is going well with my cervix and my baby girl. My cervix is holding strong at 19mm and the baby is measuring 25 weeks and I'm only 24 weeks. She is doing great. I got my fetal fibronectin result back today and it was negative. YAY!!!! That means I am not likely to go into labor within the next two weeks. Every little bit helps! Keep in touch.
