dang woman....that would've thrown me for a loop for sure...as long as they did those tests though and said everything was fine and baby was fine then i think you're fine....but, i think it'll be pretty soon though for sure....less than 2 weeks i think...that's my personal prediction....let me know how it goes..i'll be thinking of ya

I am glad to hear that all is going well with you and I am right with you on regaining our bodies! I am so exhausted and sleep has just gone out the window. Everytime I lay down my little princess goes crazy and won't let me sleep. Last night I just cried my heart out cause I don't know what to do to help it. No support pillows, warm baths, massages or upright positions help. It is getting so overwhelming I feel like this situation is out of my control and depressing me I know my cervix is soft, baby is engaged but no dilating yet! I pray to GOD that things get better and soemthing starts happening soon! I don't know how much more I can take I almost feel like a looney person that wants to run into the er and yell cut the baby out now!! I hope you're doing better and thank you so much for offering your friendship it's very much needed!

That was with my first pregnancy. I stayed at 2 cm until they induced me at week 39. Sorry. I know you were wanting to hear that I continued progressing and gave birth at like 37 weeks :) I don't know where I'm at this time. They haven't checked me yet.

Hi I read on the forum that when you went to see your doc they mentioned that the baby was engaged, cervix was soft yet no dialation or efacement! I was told the exact same thing yesterday after losing my mucus plug! Has anything changed since your last visit! Perhaps we can stay in touch being that we experienced the same outcome! Anyhow I hope to hear from you soon and pray that your pregnancy isn't taking a toll on you as it is on me!

Thank you sweetheart. You certainly do have a way with words. God speaks through the hearts of many and I am so grateful your words comforted me today. It started out a little rough, but thanks to you I feel better.We all are sure my aunt's final resting place is in God's arms and she is pain free therefore we are at peace with her transition.
Yeah, I couldn't believe I had 3 showers myself!! Very much so a blessing. I am from Oklahoma so my family hosted one event there, then my in-laws and friends had one here in Texas for me and my job hosted my last event. All were awesome and we got lots of stuff!!! I hardly have anything left to buy so we are very thankful for the generosity of our friends as well as our families. I even got several sets of PJs and a robe for my hospital stay! I hope you enjoy your baby shower next weekend. It will truly be a blessing to be honored I am sure. Hopefully that little man stays in there to continue cooking, but I understand you having the desire to get induced. It is very exciting to know the date and be prepared instead of the SHOCK of not knowing. I am not a fan of the not knowing part. Maybe your dr will be nice and let you go ahead since you will be fullterm. I find out the date of my induction tomorrow so I promise to keep you posted. Thanks for your prayers. Me too! The pain has become considerably worse since I "dropped" last week. Hopefully it's some kind of sign that we won't be in this condition much longer! Don't get me wrong, I've no desire to spend any time in a special care unit with my little boy, but I'm not sure how much longer I can take this for!! I see you're in Trinidad...HOW, lady, have you coped with the heat over there??! Here's me moaning about England's "hot" weather!!!

I will definitly let you know what they say about the contractions but the last time he told me that they would only get worse. I will definitly keep in touch I promise you. I will have to start over with my page again around the time that this baby turns 1 because I want to eventually have a girl. LMAO I know i am nuts but you only live once. How are you feeling? I am stressed out at the moment and my horomones are horrible. I think that even when the baby gets up in the middle of the night you still get more comfortable sleep because you are not trying to fight a child kicking you all night, contractions or having to pee every 5 minutes. LMAO. The sleep with a newborn is definitly broken up but I personally think it is easier. Just my opinion. I am going to the doctors today at 5 pm. I will let you know what is going on.

You are such a doll! Thus is why I missed chatting with you as well. All three of my showers are over and they were all sincerely a blessing. Eden is such a loved and much desired child. We are almost finished with the nursery. I will post pictures soon, although I have a couple from the beginning stages for you to view. I have been feeling pretty good considering the belly I've gained! Not too much extra weight though so I am content and thankful to God. Unfortunately, we lost my aunt last Tuesday to breast and lung cancer. She was my favorite and was super excited about this pregnancy. Breaks my heart that she won't be here to enjoy Eden, but I pray my child has her spirit of love, giving and affection. She was an awesome woman. No traveling for me to the funeral per my doctor, which is kind of a relief. I dislike funerals plus it would be more stressful than anything. Anyways, how are you doing? Oh! I am getting induced at 38 weeks! My dr believes it will be best to avoid any potential development of preclamsyia at the end of my pregnancy. I am so HAPPY... and NERVOUS!! LOL

Hey there! How are you doing? I am so tired. I did not even sleep last night. My heartburn is horrible and my back is sooooo sore. I have a lot of pressure and stuff. I can not wait to meet my son. You look so cute in your pics. You are so tiny hon and you look amazing. I feel and look like a whale LMAO. It is just the day thats all. I do not have much else going on. I am still working and taking care of the house and stuff. I do not have much other than that going on. My contractions are getting stronger as well. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow so I will let you know what is up. I will TTYL hon. I hope all is well with you. TC

I'm pretty sure I didn't pass the test cuz I went for an ultrasound today and talked to the nurse...she showed me the lab work and said 2 of the readings were high, but the doctor had to tell me for sure. I have to go on a diet....never been told that before:( but, I just have to eat less white carbs and no sweets and more whole grains and rices and veggies and fruits....probably what I should've been doing in the first place

doing okay....very tired as well...didn't pass my first glucose test and had a bad rash on arms and ankles/calves...so that worried me, but it's almost gone now....i'm ready to have this baby, but nervous about that too:)
