Hey! I just started putting the bumbo tray on and laying a couple of toys on it, like baby car keys and stuff. He can still only tolerate the bumbo for 5 minutes or so at a time. Favorite toy is still the gym. He touches the toys in there a lot!

Its seeming to be working well. We have always has issued with Landon having a BM on his own, we always had to give him water with juice or karo. I have noticed over the last few days he is going more on his own with out the extra water, juice and karo. Yesterday he did not want to keep any formula down for some reason but I just have started to add a little rice cereal to it and its stays down very well. He just may have had a day where things were bothering his tummy but today he has been just fine. I also have notied that a whole can is now lasting me a whole week, whereas before 1 can would only last me about 5 days.

Hi, I try to eat organic whenever I can, especially when I was pregnant. It's certainly better to feed a baby food that doesn't have all of the pesticides in it. It is more expensive, but probably worth it in the long run.

tracylouella - Thursday, 25 September
yes I want to go so badly! Its just so hard to find the time and with them being so sick and cranky Im almost embarrassed to be sitting anywhere in public while they cry and whine and complain the entire time. ya know? Man Im such a procrastinator! UGH! I wil go, I have to go! Its better to be safe than sorry I know it! I WILL go... eventually!

The only side effect of taking the Mothers Milk Plus that I've experienced was my baby seems to be more gassy, but then again maybe he's suppose to be gassy... he does tend to take after the hubby ;) I'm told some people start to smell sweet, like maple syrup. I haven't noticed that yet. I think the herbals started working within a day.

If the Regalen makes you drowsy I may not want to try that. I'm already so tired some days I could fall over! I also heard it can make some people have depressive symptoms. Considering I cry so easily about happy or sad things I was worried about depression for me.

Before the herbal supplement I didn't have enough to feed my son let alone pump any extra. Now I usually have enough to satisfy him and I can pump 2-3 ounces at least 1-2 times a day. I think that's pretty good!

i would have no qualms about admitting to be any better if i were. trust me ;)

sugarcubesandcottoncandy - Thursday, 25 September
am hoping the trend continues. am also worried her already paltry intake of formula might further go down. :(

I bought the More Milk Plus capsules from the Breast Feeding Clinic at my hospital. I was told it's the same as the tea but much less expensive and more convenient. I think the Oatmeal helps. When I don't eat it for a day or so I notice that my supply does replenish as quickly and it seems my milk doesn't drop as easily. The clinic told me anything oatmeal works just fine, including cookies. A doctor at my son's clinic told me it should be cooked oatmeal (not the instant) but her specialty is orthopedics and not lactation... so I tend to believe the lactation consultants that it can be any oatmeal.

Well I wish you luck in finding a new job. That is the vain of my existence right now...job searching. If I could move down earlier I would, but we need every last paycheck I can get. That and his roommate is not moving out until December. I can ask my MIL but the baby does not really like being alone with her so she starts to cry after about 15 minutes if I am not in the room. Plus she still refuses to take a bottle from anyone in the house. I can not wait to start her on solids and a sippy cup...

Maybe you can convince Rod to let you stay home after the job is up....could you guys manage?

roseplus1 - Thursday, 25 September
Why are you leaving your job?

roseplus1 - Thursday, 25 September
Ok, I never heard about that before. But I will definitely try it. I have been trying to drink plenty of fluids, my milk production is low now. I swear this stress of doing it by myself is really messing with my body. I need my hubby. My MIL tried to help last night but she came up stairs after I finished everything and was trying to get her back to sleep. Where are the men when you need them...

It is amazing on how fast it got cold. I had to search for a jacket yesterday in all the hand me downs we received. It was 60 degrees this morning.

Curbing your spending is going to be hard. But I think you can do it...

I am so tired. I woke up to hear my baby struggling to breath so was so congested. So I ran the shower and suctioned her nose for over an hour. Then I propped her up on pillows to help let the nasal passage drain. But of course now I am to scared to sleep for fear of her suffocating and me not hearing her. I am definitely calling the doctor today. I have no clue what else I can do for her and it is getting worse. Not to mention now my cough is back with a vengeance...I swear being sick is horrible.

She is ok, she just has a slight heart murmur like her father. The things we pass on to our children...

In order to pay off our debt we went with a counseling service. Of course this was 6 years ago when they were free and honest. Now I think a lot of these companies are a rip off. This is the company we are with:
http://www.careonecredit.com/

their site is under construction now. But they helped us consolidate our credit cards, lower the interest and freeze the amount we paid each month. We able to write one check that covered all the outstanding debt. During this time we also refused to get a new credit card or line of credit. If we could not buy it with cash we went with out. We focused on paying the bills on time completely. When we got out tax return back we set aside half to go to the debt. Now we have about 1000 left on one credit card for my hubby and I am going to use our tax refund to pay it off. So hopefully by the end of next year we only have three outstanding bills, our student loans and his truck note. I hope this helped.

LOL.. yep; I'm 3 days overdue now and I feel like this little guy is gonna be a Christmas baby!! LOL.. GEEZ, I'm so ready for this little man! I'm so glad you're enjoying motherhood; I cannot WAIT to experience it as well! I just want to hold him so badly! Thanks for the labor dust; I think I may need a little extra though! LOL.. Thanks again for your help!

Thanks. I will be working halloween but we do have two outfits that are halloweeny if you know what I mean. One of them is a pumpkin jumper...but that's for 6-9 months old. The other outfit is just a very festive outfit with a bunch of halloween stuff on it. what about you?

As for the monitor thing....I'm okay....I trust in God that if He were going to take her....it would have happened a long time ago when she was fighting for her life. You know what I mean?

missaglen1980 - Thursday, 25 September
It is called fenugreek.
200 pills are 13.99
100 pills are 9.95
If you buy on line they are cheaper.

for me it was hard to feel bad for jacob, i felt like he was the annoying fly in the room that i had to keep swating at! but of course towards the end i liked him cause he was part of thier family(imprinting on the baby, creepy.....) but i totally teared up when bella and edward were saying their goodbyes and edward said "goodbye jacob, my brother.....my son." aaaaahhhh talk about heart wrenching, i really thought they were goners. and i got all sentimenal when shes was pregnant, having just been pregnant didnt it make you miss it when she talked about loving her little "nudger"?! *sigh* that Stephanie Meyers sure know how to make you feel what the characters feeling with her words, i am absolutley swooning over Edward Cullen, and hes not real! lol! i saw a shirt online that im going to buy and wear to the movie , it says " im in love with a vampire named Edward, and my husband knows about it." lol!

That's the one where they take the blood from their heel and test for all those disorders. Just a standard blood test. What an awful exerience! At least its for the best!
