Happy hump day!!. I like the all in one sleeper thing. I would love to see how the one you bought works. I guess I should buy her one since we will be here until December. I am planing on moving back with hubby the week after Christmas. Our anniversary's is on the jan 1st and I would love to spend it as a new family of three. however, I think my MIL will drive down with us to help with the baby.

I find it interesting how are hubby's have no clue on how to interact with the baby.James kept getting frustrated this weekend b/c he kept trying to do things that she liked when she was born but can not stand now. I keep telling him to talk to her and play with her, but all he wanted to do was hold her..she only wants interaction when someone is holding her. Of course she refused to talk with him, but kept babbling whenever I started to talk to her :).

My week is ok. I wen tout with some girlfriend last night. One of them is 8 months pregnant..she is the only one that agreed to have a baby with me. She is also the only friend that is married LOL. So it was nice to eat and talk about babies, men, and sex. In that order. I can not wait until Friday, I have a hair appointment and I am so excited. My hair looks like crap.

I think I am going to buy her sweaters. But I do not know if I will let her wear them in daycare. She gets hot quickly and I think they keep the building hot as it is. I want to do a few more separates but i will wait until it gets a little colder.

I am definitely limiting Elizabeth's TV watching. I find that she is constantly watching commercials now when I have her on my lap. So I will try to limit my TV watching as well.

Didn't you take the pill? And did Raegan watch the video? Elizabeth was way to fascinated by the baby Einstein youtube video. She kept staring at the computer and then would turn and look at me like..WOW what it this magical thing I am watch LOL!! I realized that I will definitely limit her video and TV watching.

Hey! I'm sure you've already been asked for the car seat base, but I was wondering how I can find out if this particular base would fit with my Eddie Bauer travel system car seat?? How can you tell? I've been looking for an extra base for this seat, but can't seem to find out how to get it. Thanks so much! :-)

you can always take a rectal temperature and that will make them go if they are a little constipated. I know it is not fun but I had to do it for my son and he didn't seem too bothered by it and he pooped a half hour later.

Oh lord you're preaching to the choir!!!!LMAO Same here, the exact same!!! I even get the "You're on Maternity leave, so you should HAVE to have the baby 24-7" and he thinks that means he doesn't have to lift a finger, well I don't think so, he nearly got hit the other day talking about having another baby!! The nerve of these guys. Ya, then I was asked 2 days ago when I was going to get my "Shaggy, long hair cut" oh and styled like he likes. I said then you better take the baby ALL day, 'cause I'm not taking the baby to a salon, and also, give me the money LOL Well he gave me the money, but hasn't watched Trent yet so that I can go to the salon...MEN!

constapation=one teaspoon dark karo syrup in each bottle until he/she poops...works great but make sure you stop as soon as it comes!! For me it only took about 2-3 bottles to get it going

Let me know how the video and the pill work. I have noticed Elizabeth loves watching commercials when I have her in my lap as I watch TV. I am always talking to the baby. Sometimes when I am with adults I forget and start referring to myself as mommy LOL. I tell her about my and ask her about her day and sometimes I actually get a response. I am forever explaining the things I do to her. Like last night I sang to her the origin of her name...poor child. I just wonder if I am making her to dependent on me for entertainment. You know what I mean? B/c she can only sit about 10-15 minutes on one activity or by herself before getting fussy.

Oh my goodness, men!! My hubby got real upset yesterday when I told him I was venting on the website. But I think he knew my feeling trumped his. This morning all he did was talk nice to me on the phone LOL. Why can't they start off that way. I swear they do not know when to shut up or say the right things. You should have stayed home again if you are still sick. If you do not take care of yourself it will only get worse. When men get sick they act like they are dying, but god forbid we even cough.

Elizabeth is 11 going on 12 weeks and only eats 4 oz at a time. I am not sure when I should increase her amount. I do not want her to be overfeed. But since I am breastfeeding I am assuming that whatever I pump is what she would eat during the time that I am away. I just make 4 4oz bottles for the time she is in daycare. I wanted to try the organic formula but I am going to wait. If my supply drops or if I am not meeting her needs in a couple of weeks then I will try to supplement.

I think I am going to buy it. I put her in the one at the center today before I left so I am going to ask how long she stayed in it and if she got really fussy. B/c if she started to hate it after I left, I may wait one more week..

I am beginning to feel that I am not keeping her entertained with enough educational toys..but then I do not want to overstimulate her. We only have the gym and the bouncer (which I put the car seat attachment on, that is it. I do read to her and play music. What are you using with Raegan?

I am glad to here that you are feeling a little better at least :briggrin. She is most likely sleepy due to lack of food. I notice that when Elizabeth hardly eats she sleeps much more. I guess they need their carbs more than we do LOL. Or she might have been giving you a break so that you can feel better. When I was sick last week Elizabeth was quieter and slept more when I had her. It was exactly what I needed.
