yeah, I've not been here without Logan yet. I've left him here with Jesse while I've went out to run an errand or so but never been gone more than an hour. I get cabin fever if I don't get out for a few min at least every other day. We have an appointment at the pediatrician tomorrow. I'm so worried that Logan has acid reflux. He can't stand to sleep on his back and makes grunting/gurgling noises all night. I'm so afraid he's gonna choke on whatever it is thats coming up. I just hope that the doc can help us get it fixed. I hate seeing him hurt. :(

We go to Fricanos for Jasons stepdads birthday every year, that place is his favorite! I am a personal fan of Pizza Huts stuffed crust... Fricanos is too thin crusted for me. :o) But I think we're going to take him there Sunday for fathers day.
I'm so excited for fathers day. Jason made mothers day so great for me, I can't wait to do it for him!
I live like 20-30 minutes from Grand Haven... so I'm going to be there A LOT this summer! Oh it's going to be fantastic!

Hun you just pick up that baby whenever you want to. They can't soothe themselves at this age, so letting them cry isn't what they need. She is crying bc that is her only way of expressing her needs to you. You cannot spoil a newborn, so pick her up and love on her as much as you want! Everyone has their own opinions, just go with what is in your heart. You are her mom and you will know what is best for her. As far as your mom goes...I understand where you are coming from! I didn't leave my daughter until she was 5 months old and even then it killed me! You go out and do things when you are ready. I know your mom is trying to help, but if it is too early for you then don't go! I have left my son with his dad so I can run to CVS but that is about it. Even then I make my trip as quick as possible....lol I just miss him! Then I feel guilty for leaving him...what if he cries? lol You take care, give that baby lots of love and relax!!!!

hahaha! I love the poop story,.. that's soo funny. I'm sure it was fun to clean up. Since Logan sleeps in our room, I like to sit on the edge of the bed with one leg folded and a pillow on it and lay him down to either breastfeed or give him a milk bottle. about an hour ago, he grunted and got all stiff, and he peed everywhere! his diaper was already wet and I always wait in case he poops like he usually does so that I can save a diaper. Well, I guess it couldn't hold any more pee because it ran all down my leg and got all over my hip and stomach and even our bed (on my side, of course). I just got him to lie down so its time to hop in the shower and wash some sheets. so much fun! Hope that you're having a good day...

About the boob grab... I have a grea story for you that I forgot to add in that last message!
Right after I had my daughter, Jason was working at Meijer and my mom, Adelyn, and I went up there to visit him. It was like 3days after we got out of the hospital or so. My boobs were HUGE and they really hurt and they were hard as rocks! I told Jason to just lightly poe it so he could see how freaking solid they were, so he did. Not even a second later he was laughing so hard at me! I didn't know why until I looked down and there was a GIANT wet spot on my shirt. A VERY noticeable wet spot right on my boob. I was so embarrassed! I couldn't cross my arms over my chest or they would have leaked more, so my mom gave me her over shirt zip up thingy and I got out of there ASAP! I was so embarrassed! oh gosh... just thinking about it I feel my face getting red again! UGH!

Did her umbilical cord alredy fall off? If not, then if it bleeds that's normal, just means it's trying to fall off here soon. If it did already fall off and it was bleeding then I'm not too sure if that's normal. I mean, it probably happens all the time, and I'm thinking it's probably no big deal.
I was so nervous changing his diaper! It wasn't hard, it was just A LOT different than simply wiping a little girl. There is more to clean. haha! I was so proud of myself, I bragged to Jason and showed off my amazing skills! :o)
I know the feeling of no good food for the taking. It was like that in my house up until 2 months ago when Jason and I finally dropped our pride and went to apply for food assistance at the FIA. Neither of us could admit that we really needed it. But I have never been so proud of my WAY too over stuffed cupboards and fridge and freezer!
I can't wait until the water gets warmer at the beach. I'm going to be living in Grand Haven at the beach! I'm the biggest beach bum in the summer, me, Adelyn and whole tube of sunblock! I have the fairest skin, I burn pretty much always, I could probably burn in the middle of the night! haha! HELLO SUMMER...!

I love watching the facial expressions, too. He looks around all crazy-like, with his eyes moving kinda everywhere kinda fast. He tries so hard to stay awake when he's tired.

He's gotten fussy about breastfeeding. At the hospital, he got some jaundice so we had to supplement with formula because my milk hadn't come in yet and we had to pump him with fluids so he could get all of that billirubin out of his body (his levels were great by the day after our discharge). Now though, he loves the bottle and so I'm having to pump and bottle feed for the most part. He's fussy at the breast and pulls away alot. Its really frustrating so I'm gonna talk to the lactation consultant again. I hope that I can fix it while its still early.

Haha! Thats funny about not grabbing your crotch. I know how that goes. I remember me and Jesse first getting together and I had to learn the hard lesson of not using flavored stuff down there, especially after having too much sex. I was always scratching down there; I looked like a dude! Fortunately, I just have pain on the inside behind the incision. The actual incision itself is numb to the touch. So, I'm thankful for that!

I've been tired, too, because Logan keeps me up. He pees all over himself because his pampers leak for some reason. So pee gets all over his matress pad, his shirt, his blanket and all has to be washed. Then I'll change his diaper and shirt, and sometimes he'll pee again, on me, himself, the whole changing table, everything (I'm getting better at catching it early though). So then I'll get him cleaned up, wiped off, get everything swapped out and what not, and a fresh diaper on him. Well then he'll take a huge poop, and I have to change him again. And sometimes he'll pee AGAIN! Its such a nightmare sometimes! And he eats like its a buffet. I can hardly keep enough milk pumped for him, and the lactation consultants say I have a great supply right now. I bet I pump at least 30 ounces in a 24-hr period. I just can't believe that he eats that much. I guess I know why he's always peeing on everything.

I hate to hear that you have a cold. I hope that you get better soon. Well, I should get going. I have to pump while he's asleep and try to eat something. If I lay down, he'll wake up. Gotta love my little monster.

Yah its pretty hot here in the summers and we have really cold winters .
Yah its been a couple years since ive been at the beach so it was nice to go again
I have my ac on full blast hahaha well not quite but feels so nice cause its freakin hot out hahah. I went to walk my lil puppy for only 15 mins and i think he both felt like we were gunna die. As soon as we came back inside she ploped over and starting panting haha.

I love it when you take the time to get cute, and then the rain decides that it's not your day to be cute for long! I'm sure Kamil has seen you looking rougher than you did at lunch, haha!
It sounds like you guys have a great bond with her. Isn't it amazing!? The best feeling in the world to have your baby right next to you, and you can just sit there and stare at them... it sounds weird to people who aren't parents... how sitting and staring at someone can be so fun... Gosh! I can't wait for this little guy to get here!

My friend had her little boy I think the day before or the day after you, and I got to change his diaper. It's nerve racking to change a boy diaper. I was actually scared I was going to hurt him. :o) But luckily we both made it through it!!!!

oh yeah, and my recovery is going fine. I went for a checkup today and my incision looks alright. She wants to keep an eye on it though. I'm on BP meds (ugh) and Motrin right now. I get sore if I'm up for a long time but feeling okay for the most part. How are you feeling?

Oh she is so sweet! I love the smiling pics. Logan only grins in his sleep.. makes me wonder what he's dreaming about. When he's awake, he's just kinda looking around or has this confused look on his face. Its so funny. Love love the pics though. Hope you guys are doing well.. looks like you are!

Yah thats defently a long time to be prego lol. Im soo happy for you and plus u got to avoid the HOT wheather lol. Im in ontario canada and its sooo hot here. I went to the beach a couple days ago and it soo hot even by the water where it is normally cooler, but defently wasnt haha.
Its suppose to ba a really hot summer for us so im gunna be one cranky prego haha

Hey! Thg recovery has been a little on the slow side and then I got an infection on the incision, but I am doing ok. I am glad we went with the c-section. It was originally supposed to be for his weight (they expected him to be a little bigger than he was and he was 8-11!), but the cord was wrapped around his neck twice, so we are glad we went with the c-section!!! My house is a wreck too and I had a lot of help for the first two weeks. My daughter is done with school now-she is 4- and a HUGE help, so I won't be on my own...I am very fortunate! Is this your first? I remember when I had her that I didn't have any help...it was tough, but SOOOOO worth it! Take care sweetie and give her lots of love!!!!!

You're lucky, we have te sun shining directly in our living window.. and we have a HUGE window. So normly our blinds are closed and the air is on. I have one of those temp things in my truck and earlier is said 89... I was dieing... so Jay turned the air on in the truck... It was amazing!
I hope Kamil lets you have your AC so you guys don't melt!!!!
