Nope, you haven't ranted about that to me yet! I'd be more than upset if Jason's parents invited themselves to my place ON my due date. Hold her in, just so they don't invite themselves into your hospital room! Or you could even have her the day before memorial day, so that their plans of their little visit get canceled! Well, good luck. I hope you either early or late!

Same news - my cervix is "ripe" and I haven't dilated much more since last week. But what's encouraging is that she told me that since my cervix is ripe, even though they prefer to wait for it to happen naturally, she'd consider inducing me at week 41. Hopefully it won't get to that point, but that puts an end in sight. No kiddin' - I've been SOOO cranky lately!! Not toward Marshall but toward the general public, friends and co-workers. Yeah, mine moves around so much, it hurts sometimes. My doctor said it's because he's big now and much stronger (the longer he stays in there, the more he's developing and pushing to get comfy). Great, I'm going to push out a linebacker! Argh! You'll be in my thoughts - maybe if we wish enough, we'll both go into labor! =)

Well I am sending you TONS of baby dust:) I hope that you have that baby soon!

I'm doing ok. Recovery is very slow. I'm recovering from not only labor, but the forceps deliver and the c-section. But, I am just thrilled and in love with my little man:)

Hopefully because you're having all these contractions before you actually go into labor, you will dialate quicker when it goes full throttle, and not have to go through hours and hours of labor. I don't know if it will make a difference, but hopefully! You still have a couple days, so just try not to get too impatient until you're one day late! :o)

Oh man. It's going to be sucky when I lose you to labor! But good at the same time. I thought you went last night, because you weren't on here for so long, haha! Well, go have more contractions and have that little girl!!!

Yeah, know what you mean - guess there has to be some "happy medium" between being a "friend" and being respected as a parent. What I ended up doing in high school and even college was I lied to my parents because I couldn't tell them anything. I'd rather have him tell me things (he probably won't tell me EVERYTHING but most). You sound like you're close! My contractions haven't been painful at all - well, no, can't say that. Last night were the first ones that hurt. I was also a little freaked out last night because he was moving around more than ever - I thought that maybe he was partying for his last night in my womb or that he was distressed. I had to call my doctor and she told me he's okay - she said that movement is good - it's no movement they're more concerned about. I have another appointment today so I'll let you know of my progress. Maybe you'll be in labor while I'm at my appointment. =)

HAHAHAHAH thats soo true. Im defently going to be the type of mother that worries just because i care and plus this world is so messed up now U have to be.

Ook thats good then! I usually toss and turn during the nights because if i lay on my side for too long it starts to hurt :S. I had my bf over before he weht to work last night so i got him to rub my back and give me a nice massage lol. I swear i must have the worst back pains ever! S:S

Unfortunately, no signs other than the contractions - they're more frequent but not anything that makes us think it's coming soon. I did notice that my belly has sunk as well. Another doc appt tomorrow - she'll probably tell me if there's anything I should get excited about. Thank you - I hope that he's a nice boy. Marshall played football in college and seemed like a cocky b*stard but he turned out to be a gentleman. it's funny 'cuz he's kinda rough around the edges and everything but he also has this really sensitive side. Yeah, it's hard for me sometimes to not resent my parents a little for the way they treated me. But I know for sure the things i don't want to do to my child that my parents did to us. I want him to be able to talk to me - I couldn't talk to my parents about anything because I wasn't supposed to have an opinion and if I was going through something emotional, I was just being a "silly child" to them. Maybe it's a generational and cultural thing, though ... Ergh - keep me posted on things for you!

That's a very cute name! But I can't use it, of course. The babys' last name is going to be Schell... I don't think he would appreciate being Sheldon Schell. haha!
When I was pregnant with Adelyn I liked 'Adelyn Michelle" I thought it was so cute, but then I added the last name, and it just sounds rediculous! So I got an Adelyn Avery!
Well, you said he doesn't have to work 3rd for long, so even though it sucks to sleep alone, take advantage of having the entire bed to yourself!

yeah i have been using cocoa butter since xmas day and i was about 13 weeks pregnant, but there was a period of about 4-5 weeks recently where i stopped using it becuase i thought i was gettin away with not having stretchmarks, but that has backfired in my face! yeah the baby doesnt rli kick and punch, maybe once or twice a day, but when he does, its rli uncomfy. i think hes head down already, not dropped yet but hes head down coz he loves to put his feet right under my ribs. and trust me about the bladder thing.... yes i definately have to go every 45 minutes lol. maybe not as much as that but like 6 times a night, which is GAY! i think im guna be back on the cocoa butter now tho.. they r very rank! when did ur baby drop? xxx

thanks for the abd news :( i thought it mightve got abit better coz i heard the baby quietens down before labour due dates etc, but i take it not! my belly gets bigger? it looks massive already! i already havea few stretchies just showin under my belly button, what am i guna get when it gets bigger!!! ooohh i am totally not experienced with any of this! i like ur belly pics photo thing, i only started takin belly pics from week 28 so mines pretty borng :(

oh how cute! you know, when Tripp was about a year old, I got him declawed (I regret it now) and it was an ordeal. With Boomer, they used a laser, so the cuts were clean and more precise, and of course, healed much better. With Tripp though (his was before I even got Boomer), they cut them out the normal way I guess you'd call it. Well, they left part of a claw in his little paw, and he would tug at it because it hurt. I imagine it was like a hangnail. Anyway, they tried to tell me his paw was always bleeding because he was mutilating himself. Well I saw the claw with my own eyes. I demanded they fix it, because he would sit on the floor and just cry with little tears! They say cats can endure crazy amounts of pain and only show it if its just totally aweful. Well, they wound up fixing him and they gave him a little cast like what Booh has, and it was hot pink too! At least she's a girl! lol.. But seriously, I'm sure they'll go back to normal. Just make sure that they can at least see each other, even if they get fussy, because if they don't stay aquainted, it may be a problem later. I dunno, just a guess.

As for Tripp, I'm pretty sure he got ahold of that basket because I heard a noise like a crunching sound. And the handles are kinda chewed up. He seems to be totally fine though, so I'm sooo thankful. I know that you understand when I say he's my BABY.. he and Boomer really are my kids. I even do cat birthdays! I'll scan you a pic and send it to you.. its so ridiculous but whatever, right?

I'm feeling pretty crappy (o: I have all these signs of labor, but no baby - and only 1 cm dilated! My doc FINALLY checked me, I almost died lol. Ho hum, we'll see if this full moon brings on anything for any of us. I just want to have this little guy!!!
