Well you also have to think that we have all gone through it and we survived. They forget about it after about 10 minutes anyway. Even my 4.5 year old forgot about it after about an hour :)

Sean doesn't sleep through the night, but he does wake up for a bottle and go right back!

I had that problem with my first and unfortunatley he didn't get good at going to sleep by himself until he was around 8 months or so. Now sean as long as he has his little blankie stuffed animal thing under his arm he is good :)

oh yea...actually now that I look back at his 2 month check up it was kind of funny. He has his daddys attitude you see. And when the nurse gave him his shots he didnt make any noise but when I looked up at his face it was literally blood red...and then he screamed....OH he was not hurt...HE WAS PISSED. lol It was not funny then. It is gonna break my heart to do it again, but its for the best :)

Well only one time during the night is still pretty good! I've recently started putting Joey in his crib for his naps, so he'll get used to it.

So far since he has woke up he has been prety good. He has been talking and laughing to Joe and I. I'm going to fed him and give him a tubby in a little bit. I hope he is fine with these shots, gosh there were so many!!

Holy crap you are going to have a housefull! At least 2 of them are older and can help out with the younger ones!! Have fun (o:

Hey now - I was due May 28th and didn't have Joey until June 5th lol so the next month thing really does stink! "Joey" even got me an emerald journey necklace for xmas for his birthstone. Haha whopps! I still wear it though as I love it very much (O:

I'm doing a dance for all three of you! Is she still sleeping throughout the night?? I hear ya about being prego and the not sleeping thing, holy crap I was constantly up but not peeing - I just couldn't get comfortable and had such bad heartburn it would wake me up!

So we went today, he was great up until the shots of course! He was actually smiling at the nurse and everything right before she tortured him! She was like ohhh my gosh he is breaking my heart with those smiles! Joe had to work 1st shift this morning, he always works 2nd so I was stuck bringing Joey by myself. It was pretty tough to see my little guy in so much pain. And every time he would start to calm down a little bit, JAB a new needle in his leg would come! He cried and cried and cried, but was good once I picked him up. I got a little chocked up watching him, but knew I had to be strong for my little guy so I just held his hand and kept kissing and caressing his little head. He came home and ate and has been sleeping for about an hour and forty five minutes now.

My mom and my measurements were a little bit off - so he's 24.5 inches (95th percentile) and 11LBS 3OZS (50th percintile) and his head is in the 40th percintile, I forget what it was exactly. Daddy has a small head as well, so it's pretty funny!

We're so excited, my SIL delivered a beautiful healthy little girl yesterday afternoon. She is so cute, and looks exactly like her brother when he was born. We decided she's going to keep Joey in the loop about what girls to date when they're in school lol.

WAHOO!!! I am so proud of Alyvia lol for sleeping so long in her bassinet! You must have been so excited!

Ohhh that is so sad about her and you watching her get her shots! The mouth thing is for the diarhea (spelling??) and throwing up virus. I wonder why she bled so much, the poor little thing! Now I'm nervous for Tuesday!! How is she doing today?

I actually measured and weighed Joey yesterday just to get an idea. Our scale doesn't do ounces, but he was 12 lbs and 25.5 inches long! At birth he was 8lbs 4.8ozs and 22.2 inches, at his one month he was 9lbs 14ozs and 23.5 inches, and now at 2 months that's what I got. My mom and I did it lol! He is VERY long and skinny!

And yes, Joey LOVES to blow bubbles. He just started doing it a couple of weeks ago, it is so funny. He doesn't spit though, just lets it all run down to his chin lol! And he has my poor "butt" chin, so it always end up stuck in the upper crevice and gets all red on him hahaha! Alright well I'm off to shower, we have a spongebob birthday party to attend today wahoo!!

Hahaha it's so funny that our babies love to snuggle so much! Babies are crazy, one of my friends baby only slept in her carseat. She would place the carseat inside of the crib, she has finally outgrown that. At first she only would sleep in their bed. Now halfway through the night, she still ends up there and she's 4.5 months! Another friends son will only sleep in his swing! Thank God Joey will sleep in his p&p - although usually in the early morning he'll end up in our bed to snuggle (o:

Yes, I bought infants tylenol already so we'll be all ready for Tuesdays adventures! Joey needs to wear onesies that are 3-6 months because he is so long, but shorts that are 0-3 months fall off of his skinny little self! So a majority of the time he just wears onesies. I just don't know what I'm going to do in the fall/winter. I don't want to put him in 0-3 because he'll look like a geek with floods on. Do they make belts for babies lol? The poor little skinny minny! I don't know where the heck he gets it from!!

ps - Joey goes for his 2 month shots on Tuesday - I'm so sad for him as well! Good luck tomorrow with Alyvia! I can't wait to find out how much he's grown! He went from 8lbs 4oz and 22.2 inches to 9lbs 14ozs and 23.5 inches in 4.5 weeks! He is soooo long and skinny it's so funny! I love the pics of Alyvia smiling! Everytime Joey is cooing, laughing, and smiling - the minute I take out the camera he stops! Stubborn little boy!!

haha i got that long message anyways! that is SOOOOO funny about Alyvia and slithering towards you - Joey does the same exact thing! He sleeps in his pack and play for most of the night, but we keep the AC on and he gets chilly. So I'll bring him into bed and we snuggle like crazy. Once I lay him down in between us, he does this little wiggle worm and curls up into my armpit lol. I will try to sneak away a couple of inches so I can sleep comfortably but he will slither right in right away! Joe and I crack up at him! And he will do it to Joe only if I'm not there. HAHA! These babies are nuts!

He hated his bassinet after like the first week so we switched it out for the P&P and he does good in that. Have you tried her crib or anything yet? It's too hot in his room to put him in his crib so we're going to wait until the nights get a little cooler come September.

Did you give that nursing a try last night with getitng up? I don't think I could ever have survived nursing so I give you a high five lol.

Awww sounds like you're having a blast with her!! Joey is doing awesome as well. He doesn't roll over back to belly, but he has been doing belly to back for some time now. He has been talking up a storm as well, I love listening to him. I love when he talks to his mobile and hanging toys lol - it cracks me up!! I'm not so sure about the sitting thing haha I'll have to see what he does! I love being with him and seeing everything. It is so much fun! I keep thinking of xmas time and how much fun he is going to be then lol. I'm a geek!! I just posted all types of pics on my profile of the little stud. How is she eating?? I feel like Joey doesn't eat as much as others, but he is def growing so I'm not going to complain. He takes 4-4.5 ozs every 3-4 hours and sleeps 6-9 hours at night.
