~It's a Boy! ~

What a new chapter in my life experiencing the joy and happiness of the pregnancy of my first child! I had to experience the devistating news of a prior miscarriage but I'm a true believer in "things happen for a reason" and that is why I am happy things are going right this time around!

Larry and I have gone through many emotional changes from the joy of the pregnancy progressing, the images of the first sono seeing his tiny footprints on the screen, to the moody days of all the hormonal changes. It's definately a hault in a couples life when all you were used to was being out and about with friends on the weekends or dancing at a club. We are softball fanatics who love to play every week and having to sit on the other side of the fence is such a weird feeling.

I guess these are the sacrifices we all take on for the well being of a child and just to know I've almost completed the pregnancy journey makes me the happiest person in the world to know I will soon get to meet my new little one. Baby Larry will be here in August and I can't wait!! =)
