My OB measured my fluid yesterday and after it being low, it was up to like 15 centimeters. I guess it fluxuates, thats crazy since it caused such a fuss a while back!

Hang in there! Our little ones will be in our arms soon. I too have my panic moments, but when I feel the baby move I feel better all over again.

I can hardly wait!!

Mommi2Be - Wednesday, 28 May
The pain in my pelvic area has gotten so much worse but I also found out at my doc appt today that he has engaged into my pelvis now and I am at -2 station, 95% effaced and 1cm dilated. I am scheduled to go in tomorrow at 6pm for cervix ripening and then induce Thursday morning because my blood pressure wont stay down. How have you been feeling?

kelliepace - Tuesday, 27 May
I had the "low side of normal fluid" a few weeks ago and I drink A LOT of water normally so I was really skeptical that increasing it would have a effect (my dr. told me that if I drastically increased my fluid intake that there was a possbility that it could go back up) Well, anyway, it worked to consume as much water or fluids that I could. So if you're worried about baby drying out, keep drinking! It really does work, my fluid went back up 3 centimeters.

I think if you are that worried you should probably talk to your doctor again. If you don't leave the office w/ the piece of mind that everything is okay, I believe that you should always trust your maternal instincts. You are closer to the situation than the Dr, so if you feel that something is just not right...please talk to your Dr again. Take care!!!!

Low side of normal....it's still normal...:-) Trust your doctor. They know what's best. Keep track of the baby's movements and if they decrease...call the doctor. You'll be fine. It's okay to be scared...we all are. But if anything worries you....call your doc...that's what they are there for. Good luck!!!

CD2007 - Wednesday, 21 May
I dont know if you should ask that or not...Its completely up to you and your doc....Everyone is different and if you want or need to have them stripped then go ahead and ask...cant hurt to ask!

CD2007 - Wednesday, 21 May
I actually talked to my midwife...she stripped my membranes yesterday so its actually my mucus plug...Thanks for your reply!

I went to the doctor Monday. She said I was dilated to one and 30% effaced. I was glad some progress has been made. I would be okay if he came next week or the week after. I want to be induced and I have to be at 2 cm before she will schedule it. I will keep you posted.

erica93 - Wednesday, 21 May
Thanks for your response! It is nice to know other people are using one too! Just trying to save money and buy an all in one purchase!

Mommi2Be - Tuesday, 20 May
I went to the dr yesterday and he acted like it was no big deal and that it is just the pains of pregnancy. I think that these pains are the worst part so far. I can deal with not sleeping, the stretch marks and swelling but this pain sucks!

Mommi2Be - Monday, 19 May
I am glad to know that I am not the only one. This is awful. Does your pains seem to effect you the most when you are in bed and move positions or have to get up out of bed?

amandajlane - Tuesday, 13 May
Well my Ob says I am still measuring right on schedule but he doesnt get to look at her on screen like my sonographer. So maybe we will have some late may early june babies!! I will definetly keep you posted on the next few weeks :)

sdhorton - Tuesday, 13 May
Just to keep you posted, my doctor said I am having contractions and that he had dropped and is low but I was not dialted yet. I have only been feeling this way since Friday so I figure by next week I might be dilated. We will see.

amandajlane - Monday, 12 May
My daughter already weighs 6.4! I know how you feel they think she will be between 8.5 and 9 pounds!! I was super nervous but my sonographer also said that since she is already so big and soo healthy I will probably have her early June or maybe even the end of May!! Maybe we will be lucky and have our big healthy babies early : )

Khover42 - Sunday, 11 May
Thank you! And have a very happy Mother's Day to-be!!

sdhorton - Sunday, 11 May
That's what I am thinking too. I know the baby is getting bigger but it is noticable difference so I am thinking my hips my be spreading, he may be getting into position, or something. At least I hope so. I hope the doctor can tell me Monday. Hope all goes well with you.

heather7399 - Wednesday, 7 May

I had WIC with my first and second baby and the vouchers were for Enfamil. Third baby we bought Wal-Mart brand. My second and third babies had no problem with regular formula, but my little girl would spit up a lot and get bad colic, that all went away with the soy formula. Anyway, just something to consider, formula is too expensive to be wasted!

preciousangels2 - Monday, 28 April
I love Sam's Club! lol

Anyway, I had WIC with my first and they gave me vouchers for Enfamil Lipil formula. I think they'll ask you what formula you want to go with and they'll give you vouchers for it. Some WIC offices are different though and they actually have formula right there in the office. I still need to get on WIC here. We just moved to another city so I'm still working on getting that all taken care of. At least I have my doc and the kids doctors picked out. Been to mine 3 times already and my sons 3 year well is on June 5th so I'll see how I like her. Will most likely use the same doctor for both kids.
