Birth story!

It all started at 11am jan 15th i woke i woke up and felt a gush......not a big one but a big enough! so i was like ok did i just pee on my self, or did my water brake? So i get up and start to panic a lil bit i go over the the wet spot and sniff it to see if it smelt like pee or not (i know it sounds nasty lol) it dident have a smell so i was ok its my water! so i rush and get dressed and so does the hubby! the hospital is just maybe 7 min away. i wasent feeling no contreaction no nothing i just felt normal! so we get there to the ER and they check my cervix and do a 2 tests on me and both tested positive for fluid! water def had broke but not all the way.....some how it broke from the top and came out! so they admited me and i went up to my room they got me hooked to the monitors and we waited for about 4 hours and i was starting to have contractions but nothing real strong and cervix wasent changeing i was still at 1cm! So they started to think my water wasent really broke.....i was like omg what was it then? and why did i test pos for the test? and if they dident know why did they hook me up to an iv for? so the doc said he was gonna go talk to another doc.....he was gone for about 2 hours came back and was like well we dont know if ur water is broke for sure but were just gonna go a head and brake it the rest of the way........as soon as the thing to brake my water touched the inside of my cervix my water started squriting out so i was right my water did have a leak, but just wasent broke all the way! so he broke the rest at about 5pm.....then the big contreactions started up! they hurt sooo bad i did good for about 2 hours with out any med! then at about 7pm i asked for stadol! it took the edge off and i was feelin good lol! they checked my cervix and i was dilated to 3cm! then i started to get supper bad contractions so i asked for an epi! OMG the epi hurt like hell and they kept messing up so they had to start over! they finally got it in! it helped alot! after that they checked my cervix i was at 7cm but then my contractions started to fade away and they werent strong at all and i was makeing no more cervical change i was 7cm for about 5 more hours So they came to me with a choice they ether induce me with pitocen or another c-section........i started to cry i was sooo scared and dissapointed! The risk of rupture went up if i got pitocen and it was dangerous for me and baby! I already knew how it was for a c-section and i felt safer with that choice so i went with that! The preped me for surgery at about 5am jan 16th and i had her at 5:32am! She weighed a whoppin 8lbs 10oz and she was 20inches long! She was sooo worth every thing! she is beautiful! i cried my eyes out! when i heard its a girl!!! we stayed in the hospital for 3 days we just go out today! im glad to be home! i missed my son!

she is 7 months and 2 weeks old! she is such a good baby! she is sitting up, crawling, pulling up on stuff but only gets to her knees and she can say dada! she is 16lbs 10oz and 26 inches long! she is always smileing i just love it! me and my husband will be getting a divorce soon. it has been hell staying with him as long as i did! he its best for me and my kids!

Hello mamas! Shay is now 9 and a half months old and she is 17lbs n 26.7 inches long! she is sayin mama baba nana and dada! she can crawl and pull up on things, walk along the side of the couch and stand in the middle of the room w/o holding on to anything! she is a lil ahead developmentally! Im so glad! My son Malachi just turned 3 on the 1st! I cant beleive my baby boy is 3! time flys so fast!
