Wow! Pregnant again. Everyone keeps saying "well you know what causes that right?" Of course I do!! Well we took a gamble and yes I believe it to be a blessing. There are just many factors in our lives right now that tell us this is the worse thing that can happen. Mainly financial factors. And I know I'm going to have my hands full b/c I already have a 9 month old which I think will be about 17 mos when this baby comes. However, after reading some of your comments I really feel like this is going to be a wonderful thing. Babys truly are a blessing and a miracle and this baby was meant to happen. Yes it is not the most convenient thing for mom and dad but this little bean deserves a chance and a life and that he/she will have. I guess thats why I'm here...all of you are so positive and excited to be mommies it really helps me to see the brighter side and I thank you for that!

Congrats, looks like a boy but i would go babck for the 20 weeks ultrasound and check again to make sure....Im 15 week and find out next month and I really am hoping to see that little boy part...I have 2 girls so that would make me so happy...

Ok..I've had 2 boys..and BOTH of them looked like this, however I recently looked at the site with how the gender is formed and the boys and girls looked a lot alike early on. I tell you though it looks awful long and narrow to be the same thing that forms into a girl? hi there. i read and sow pics of boy and girl parts on a website. this early they both look the same. only from week 16 do they begin to take shape as what they really are. i only found out in week 18 i'm having a boy. think u should wait till then to make sure. hope it helps. and all the best.

hi..i had read ur comment about the ob who gave u petocin when u had ur labor..i was too 3 months ago when i had labor with my 1st baby...the pitocin helped me dilate from 3cm in 10 hours to 10cms!though it hurts so much coz they didnt give me any pain reliver..but then i was thankful coz after all, i gave birth to a very healthy baby boy..he is now 3 months...and 16 pounds!

A thousand dollar deductible... ouch!! I can see where you would be hesitating. Well, its true you are young so the chance that anything would be wrong with the baby is slim. If you are on state aid/health insurance before your 20th week, then I'd wait for that ultrasound. If there's really bad news, you still have time to make a decision... more likely, it will be all good news AND you'll be able to know the sex of the baby if you want. It really must be hard knowing both of you will be out of a job with a baby on the way. Don't despair, I'm not terribly religious, but I have found out over the years that, more often than not, our problems aren't as big as they seem at the time and help does seem to find us when we need it... of course, you should help it along by looking into as many programs as are available in your area and don't ever hesitate to ask for help or accept it (unless its coming from some psycho relative... your call :) Best to you, keep in touch, Colleen

I just get nervous with the feeling great out of nowhere because of course the Dr stuck in my head that 1 in 5 women miscarry, and that is all that stuck in my head, but then again my mom said she had no symptoms. It's almost as if I want to at least be sick once a day to put my mind at ease that I am pregnant. Do you get really thirsty in the morning? Is it the vitamins dehydrating or is it because we sleep all night and don't put in fluids all night?
