Time is flying by. I'm excited, happy, nervous and I can't wait to meet her.

It's funny isn't it! I had some kicks yesterday in areas I had no idea he could reach! Today he's pretty much out in front. Yeah those few kicks that I felt from the outside but not so much from the inside were bizarre! Maybe it was a twitch - although it was a lot stronger than a twitch.

Well I'm off to the dr - I had a sickie today so I guess I need a certificate for work :(

Hey, my thoughts are exactly like yours. I have one (dummy) on hand just incase we need it too, but i'm hoping we don't. I've read that if you don't plan on using them, have one for back up anyway so thats what i opted to do but when people see that i have one i get "What did you buy that for, babys shouldn't have them"! lol.

Phew, I'm glad I'm not the only one, lol. I'm also very exited but nervous as well. I'm nervous about going into labor, about the epidural, about the labor haha just all of it. LIFE IS ABOUT TO CHANGE!!!

Yeah I know I was amazed too. I think I am going to take around 8-9 weeks because I dont know if I can afford 12. It is a bummer but since I'm a teacher I dont have long after I go back before summer so I think that helps.

Hey...this just has to do with our conversation we were having before about maternity leave. I was talking to someone at work and they were actually surprised I am going to take more than 6 weeks!! That's crazy!!

tbahn911 - Monday, 27 October
Well i just assumed that what it was. It was just so weird being woken up to that. Luckily she didn't have them as long as I usually do.

Oh geez, they make it sound like there's something wrong with being pregnant... I guess I don't feel fully abled right now come to think of it!

I totally agree with you, I think it's amazing that we're all sharing this experience with each other. I'm so grateful I found this site, I think it's so lovely to hear the stories of mum's to be from all over the world. You know we all have different backgrounds, religions, ages, cultures, circumstances etc etc but we're all the same - we're feeling the same fears, joys, and we're going to be mums all around the same time! That's so wonderful!

I think everyone is different. But just think back in the days women didn't take them. I figure if you eat right there shouldn't be a problem, but again I am not a dr. Instead of taking the vitamins I eat foods with the extra things we need, like we need extra folic acid and that is in lettuce and cereal and some other things. I don't think that the vitamins are a necessity by any means. I stopped taking them because I puked so much. Try the flinstones complete if you can.

Nikolle - Friday, 24 October
I don't take vitamins.....this pregnancy, much like the last, I was puking for 5 months straight so there was no point. Now that I can eat I just eat good. My first baby came out perfect, so I am not worried.

mkrogers21 - Thursday, 23 October
