UPDATE!

Finally our son Leon Jordan is HOME!!! He is our miracle and a fighter!!! Thank you to all our family and friends for all the prayers and support they gave us. It help us to be stronger and mostly it help us to take our baby home.

5 months

Hi everyone! George and I have been married for 3 years and a half . Finally, we are expecting our first baby. We are excited and can't wait to see it. We just bought our first house and I think its really time to have a baby to fill the room :) hehehe.

April 24 - The day I found out the Im pregnant! I cried when my doctor told me about me it. Didn't expect it will come and I've been praying for it almost every night and God blessed us!.

May 14 - I am confused! I'm not sure if I am 12 weeks or 6 weeks pregnant. My first day of my last period was March 27, I found out I was pregnant two weeks ago and never had my period since then. My first day of period was nornal bleeding and then the next day it turned into color brown and it last only 2 days, that time I was thinking maybe I'm having implantation bleeding but didnt do anything 'till I went to my doctor & found out that Im pregnant. Now the weird thing is, I had a period last February 18, and the first day was norman bleeding and then the next day the color turned into brownish color and it last 6 days. It looks like a dirty blood or something. Here's the confusing part Im not sure if Im pregnant for almost 12 weeks now ( if I count the day from Feb) or only 6 weeks. So far I don't have any heavy symtoms such vomiting or tender breast. Nothing at all!. The only symtoms I have are feeling sleepy most of the time, urinate a lot (bec. I drink a lot of water), almost everynight I wake up in the middle of the night, constipation(w/c im always constipated) and I have a small bump now that makes me look like Im two months preggy. I consulted my doctor today and I have an appt on Wens. for ultrasound to find out whats really happening to me. Im so nervous right now, thinking about a lof of things like maybe Im not pregnant or I have a cancer or something else. Does anyone had a situation like this before?

May 16 - Yes! Today was my first ultavagina scan. We we're surprised when we found out than I am way far than that I thought! I am 18 weeks!!! Can you believe that? The past few months Feb and Mar I was alread pregnant, those period that I thought is the implantion bleeding (so I am right). I have no idea I was pregnant by then and yet still doing normal things like going to the gym, spa, steamroom and jacuzzi and I even go out with friends. Anyway, during the ultrasound the first thing we saw is our baby's hand. I remember the night before the ultrasound, I talked to my baby to say hi to me when we did the ultrasound and the baby did it! I was so happy and relieved when I heard the heart beat. Doctor said its about 150 to 155 which is really good and healthy. But I can tell I was so nervous and still shaking even after the check up. The Doctor scheduled us for the next day to get the radiology ultrasound to determined exactly how long I am, the size of the baby and the due date.

All this time I didn't have nausea and vomiting, I think I passed this stage cuz Im already in 2nd trimester. I only have mild cramps, sleepless, constipation and I lost my appetite.

May 17 - This moring, we had our second ultrasound. By this time I'm more calm, knowing the baby's normal and healthy. Anyway Im happy to share with you all that we are having a BOY!!! can you believe that I found it right away. Aaah can't wait to choose what name we should get. Im really excited and happy, this is truly wonderful and I'm really in love with my baby.

This is my bump right after the ultrasound, it grew bigger and it looks like Im really preggy and I can't hide it anymore...oh this is my niece, we did some maternity shopping to remove my anxiety heheheh.

May 22 - I had a check up with my doctor and did an ultrasound again. My baby is weight 8 ounces and 6 inches in leght. It was so cute when we saw him trying to strech his whole body. We did 4d but unfortunately we can't see my baby's face as he's all the way to the end of placenta hiding heheh we had a glimpse of his nose, eyes and lips though but can't see it cleary. Maybe next time again he'll corporate. So far everything's good with me. Believe it or not but I do feel my baby moves sometimesm esp. after eat and before going to sleep. I know baby usually awake at night bec yours not moving and when your awake most of the time baby is sleepin bec he feel lullaby when you moved. I noticed my belly gotten bigger and my breast too. I bought couple of summer dresses ahhh can't wait to feel the heat, its still breezy here in San Diego.

My son is so cute, he's getting stronger and bigger everyday hehehe.

June 12, 2007 - Im happy to be 22 weeks today! I've been feeling my baby move a lot and getting stronger. We had a nice long weekend at Las Vegas for my brother-in-law wedding. The drive is long and I think I'm not gonna do it again cuz my back hurt me a lot even though I brought 3 pillows with me and it still uncomfortable. I didn't manage to do shopping and long walking too, so I guess Vegas is not the right place for me to go while pregnant and gush the weather, it's hotter and also my skin got more dry. But what I love most is that I went to all my favorite restaurant and ordered all the food that I missed a lot ( I used to live in Vegas '04) and the taste hasn't change, still good and delicious!!! I will have a doctor appointment tomorrow to check my baby heart rate, she must have forgotten to check it the last time I visted. I hope everything will be ok and also I will get the result of my blood test to triple and down syndrome,,, ah its really nerve wracking... I hope everything will be good.

Me & my Hubby at Vegas. I decided to wear this dress from Bebe check out my belly @ 21 weeks :) I think I gained weight at least 3 or 4 pounds.

June 14 - I had a cardiologist exam yesterday for my baby heart. Im relieved and thanks that there's nothing wrong with the baby's heart, everything's ok and so glad to find that whew! Anyway after the check up I went home and had lunch, few hours after meal I was fixing my clothes, trying to update my outfit and remove all the unwanted clothes that doesn't fit me anymore, boy half of my clothes are gone! I started to feel this sharp pain pulling on my upper stomach, it was a little pain like an ulcer so I decided to take some rest. Ahh I hate it so much, Im not sure if Im having a gas or ligament pain. The pain last till midnight and when I woke up this mornin its gone. I guess its only gas and I hope it is.

Here @ 27 wks. We registered at Baby's R Us and we found this perfect crib and dresser for our little boy! I'm now 123 lbs yikes!

July 24 - Im on 28 weeks now and so excited how far I got on my pregnancy. I guess two more months to go and Im goin to see my little boy Leon (Li-an). Yes I dreamed about the name and we decided to name our son

The past few weeks I can say I didn't have much problem except heartburn, backache and Im constantly get tired fast. I feel like Im sleeping beauty sometimes cuz I have to take a nap every two hours after doing something. Gees I wonder how other pregnant woman be able to survive when they go to work? must be really hard. Anyway, my friends are throwing a baby shower for me and I don't know exactly when, Im excited about it and nervous cuz I want to plan for my own shower party instead heheh Im so used to throwing a party for my friends and family, being able to organized it and make sure I don't miss anything but anyway it'll nice and sweet too if they surprise me sometimes hehehe. MY little boy has been very active and I noticed that he's up and move around every morning and night well duh i think its normal hehehe. I'm also going to registered for prenatal class this week so I can learn how to bath, feed and take of care my baby and just be prepared for his arrival.

Janaury 28, 2008 : He is now 4 months old and 10 lbs! Praise God!!! Leon is getting so much better and we are actually getting close to coming home soon! My husband and I had discovered this amazing treatment that actually saved my baby life esp his liver. With Leon condition he will be needing the Total Parental Nutrition (TPN) and helps him get all his nutrition needed but unfortunately this lipids could damage his liver if he use this for long. Luckily we found this new treatment as alternative on the lipids and its called Omegaven. It's a fishoil that will heal his liver and put it back to normal. We've been using it for a month now and my baby liver level is going down and getting better. His billirubin lever before he use was at 13 and now it's on 10. So much to say but I would to share this to all of you esp with a baby that will be on the TPN. Anyway please contact me if you have any questions.
