PREGNANCY JOURNAL

8/29/07-BFP:)

8/30/07- 4.5 weeks

9/8/07- 6 weeks! Hopefully at my DRs appointment on Monday, we will see the heartbeat...it will make it seem real and will also make me feel better that everything is going ok with our lil bean!!!!

9/10/07- Went to the Dr..got to see my lil baby bean baking away! We saw the heart beating, and the little yolk sac, but the DR said the baby was too small to see yet and the heartbeat we could see but not yet hear. So, hopefully next time!!!

9/22/07- 8 weeks!! I am STILL sick all through the day, EVERYday..I hope it passes soon! I have another Drs appt on Monday, so hopefully I will be able to HEAR the babys heartbeat:)

10/9/07-10 weeks!! Well, I went to the DR. and they couldnt pick up a heartbeat on the doppler.. but today I went to another appointment, had a sonogram..saw my lil bean kicking and waving, with his or her little heart beating away!! So I feel a lot better now!!! I go back in 2 weeks for another sono, so I am excited for that too!!!

12 weeks-10/22/07

KYLER-18 weeks

10/20/07-12 weeks!!!! So excited to make it to the second trimester and 3rd month!! I am looking forward to feeling the baby move...hopefully soon!! Also, finding out if I need to buy more blue OR get PINK!! I have a sono on Monday, but I know it will be too early to tell..but I still am excited to see my baby and hopefully hear the heartbeat finally!!!

11/5/07-14 weeks!!! Well, I went to the DR today and got to hear the babys heartbeat with the doppler..yay! I also gained 3 pounds in like 2 weeks..geez! LOL. We also scheduled the sonogram!! So, in less than a month we will find out if we get our girl finally, or if we will be having another baby boy! I am SO excited but really nervous too!

12/5/07-18 weeks!! We went to the dr. and had a sono on Monday and found out we are having another baby boy!! LOL. He is healthy and beautiful though so we couldnt ask for anything better! His sono pic is so cute..as soon as we get our scanner working I am going to post it. We are trying to figure out a good name right now..so far, we have either Caleb James (which I love) or Dawsen James (which he wants)..so we are going to look around somemore and if we dont find anything else we like, we are going to battle it out between those two names!

12/29/07---22 weeks!! okay....more than half way there!!!!

1/22/08--25 weeks! I am feeing SO BIG lately! I have gained 18 pounds already and I have been told I look really big! (not the BEST thing to tell a pregnant woman) lol

3/10/08--32 weeks!!! Went to the DR today, and I have to go in every week now for sonos and stress tests. Saw baby Kyler and the sono tech said..he has so much hair..it is sticking up!! It was sooo cute! She also estimates he is about 4 pounds 3 ounces already! So, everything looks good.. hopefully in less than 8 weeks we will have our sweet little baby boy...we cant wait!!!

4/11/08--Well, I went to the Dr the other day and she said I am 50 % effaced and 1 cm. dialated, and that Kyler is engaged and very low down..so I guess that is promising..but I am just getting impatient to see him and hold and kiss him!!! I hope he comes soon so we can spoil him:)

4/21/08--Went to see the midwife today, and she said I am now 2 cm dialated and 70-75 % effaced. Not too much of a change..I was hoping for more...but I guess he will just come when HE wants to..LOL..hopefully not TOO much longer!! I had a dream the other night that he was 13 pounds when he was born..YIKES! what a nightmare that was..lol

4/28/08--Saw the Dr today and she said I am a little over 2 cm now and 80% effaced. He is still head down and engaged...all ready to come..so why isnt he??!!??? She also said I was measuring small, so he must have dropped quite a bit. Can my water just break now..geez? I havent gained any weight in 2 weks..I actually lost a pound this week which is amazing to me, cause I just feel HUGE:(

She said IF I make it to my next appt on Monday, we will talk about doing something to make him come out. I think I might be the one to go up there and get him..LOL

I cant believe I made it to 39 weeks..I never have with any of my other boys, so it is frustrating:( I think the days just tick on by sooo slooow.

5/01/08- Kyler James was born today at 4:40 p.m. He weighed in at 7 pounds and is 19.5 inches long! We are so happy!

5/15/08- I cant believe Kyler is 2 weeks old already! He is such a sweet baby..barely ever cries and usually only wakes up once in the night to be fed. We are so happy and so very blessed to have our 4 boys..our family is now complete!
