anywhere on Oahu. The island is pretty small and Kyla loves car rides so I can get anywhere pretty easily. Most of the posts will be the Oahu area though so i am not too sure you will need to narrow it down much.

my mum used to work for social service but had to leave as the abuse towards children was getting horrific and nothing she could do could make it better. the system here is terrible and i am hoping that now, someone will be able to just take the children away at the first sign of abuse

Thanks for the advice. Our oldest, Grace, was pretty easy as a toddler and just needed guidance. Once she understood the reason for not doing something, she was totally on-board...she is still this way in kindergarten, she is always trying to be the good girl. Jake, on the other hand enjoys being naughty. My husband is a soccer coach for his school and we both played soccer, so Jake does love the sport. We do plan on getting him on a team this spring (my husband coaches that too). I think I will try gymnastics. It's another $45 a month, but I hate to be mad at him...he is so darn cute. I need to have a positive outlet for his energy. I love the idea about homework, especially since his sissy is doing it all the time now too.
