Hi! My name is Rene'. I am 33 and pregnant for the 2nd time. I had an ectopic in December but we are trusting God that all will be well with this little one! I have been with my fiance for 5 years. We live in a small town where I teach third grade and he is an electrician. We are very happy and excited about our new bundle of joy!!

omg im sorry..so shortly after the hb was detected it stoped growing..? i asked beacuse around 5wks i was at the er b/c i had spotting and they said they cound not find a hb so i would have to schedual a d&c i declined and went to my ob that next week and there was the hb.. im sorry and i will pray for you and your family

Hi, just saw your question on heart beat. Well I just had my u/s this morning and I'm the same dates as you. The heart beat was 136 ( it increases with the age of the babe). They said that they are very happy if the rate is over 100 and ecstatic if over 120. As your u/s was a week ago at 1 week earlier, it sounds like your right on track! good luck, I know the fear you are going through SOOOOOOO well. Are you going to have a follow up u/s?

Hi there...saw your question about the bpm at 6.3 weeks. I had my first u/s at 6w1d and the hb was 120 bpm. I'm no doctor, but I've read that the normal range is usually somewhere between 100 and 160. Was your doctor concerned at all? Hope everything goes well for you and your little one!
