My name is Rachel, I'm 29 and we are trying for number 4! I miscarried at the end of october last year and it took me quite along time to get over it. So we have just started trying again in feb '08.

11 dpo. BFP. I'm so shocked you wouldnt believe. I dont have many symptoms. My bb's hurt slightly, I'm a bit more tired than ususl, my gums bled when i brushed my teeth and i feel a bit bloated. Other than that i really didnt think we had done it this month. It was only cos my sister found out she was pg the day before and gave me her spare test that i tested. Otherwise i was convinced it hadnt happened. I pray it sticks this time. Good luck to everyone ttc, I really really really hope you all get the answer that you want soon. xx

I understand the sickness....I had the worst day so far two days ago...I puked Seven Times...most of it at work...UGGGGHHHH.

I do not have three children to come home too....wow. YOU ARE AMAZING! Really! Keep it up! hehehhe

I still haven't gained anything, but have lost 4 pounds....yet you saw my picture...I hope it still doesn't matter too much and that I will be gaining some here soon.

woo 220..have you confirmed a single pregnancy yet? Holy smokes..thats really high for one! I think it should be 140-180 right? Keep me posted!

I am off to shop..I went to my nephews baseball game last night...and just wanted to put on some khakis or cargos...nothing fit...but one pair I just bought 2 months ago, and are already hurting my stomach. I must have tried on 5 items for bottoms...it was nerve racking...so I am going to look at some maternity khakis..cargos and shorts..I have seen some cute ones around. And I dont want to just buy a size up, and then in two months have those too small. Plus, my hubby went into the office today, and i am alone and bored.

well I had another round at it myself this morning...I did actually get a longer "moment" at a rate of 159 ...but boy is that thing scratchy sounding when you move it around..and I swear it picked up sounds of my breakfast digesting...I thought I also heard birds...yes birds...what the????

Oh I so hear ya!! I try each day still! Same results always. But I do enjoy hearing the other two sounds...the "wind in the trees" sound...I forget what that one is..the Placenta?? Then just the other louder "whoosing" sound..AND it does make me feel better, that when you put it anywhere else, I hear nothing...so at least something is going on there :)

Hey there Rach X..

Nice to know someone else has this device. I was desperate to have something to monitor..even though I go in every two weeks for u/s. Well, I guess maybe we are too early yet ;).. Gees I hope so! I seem to find when it hits the high number, it has been between 141-180...Each time I play with it , it happens once or twice while I am at the same time hearing my heart beat...around 80 or so it seems. Have you know anyone else to have use baby beat or others similar?? Congrats BTW..number 4 already!!

I heard with a doppler yesterday! 170 bpm. I am sure when you get yours...you'll hear too!

hi there. awww dont be to jealous hun you will have a lovely bump soon to. think i am only showing so quick is coz i was not a small person in the first place and this would be my 5th pregnancy but my 3rd baby! My kids dont no yet, but think my older one might be thinking there might be something going on lol. but we should be able to tell her next week as we have a early scan on thursday. it got changed yestursday coz i started to spot but it stoped about half an hour, not sure what was going on there. anyway have a lovely holiday if i do not talk to you before take care xxxxxxx

Am scheduled for a scan in a couple of weeks and have had my hcg levels taken and one meeting with my midwife - they weighed me! Could have done without that little piece of joy! MS is still there but is worse at night, and am still tired - but apparently that will fade when I am in week 12 so am looking forward to all of that I can tell you!

First I want to say CONGRATS! I too lost a baby and then it took my husband and I a whole year to concieve again. I read your lil week by week message and my heart went out to you. Sounds like your morning sickness just blows! Hang in there I promise it gets so much better during your 2nd trimester :)..... Promise! For now drink tons of water and saltine crackers to just get something in ya. Good Luck
