My name is Rachel, I'm 29 and we are trying for number 4! I miscarried at the end of october last year and it took me quite along time to get over it. So we have just started trying again in feb '08.

11 dpo. BFP. I'm so shocked you wouldnt believe. I dont have many symptoms. My bb's hurt slightly, I'm a bit more tired than ususl, my gums bled when i brushed my teeth and i feel a bit bloated. Other than that i really didnt think we had done it this month. It was only cos my sister found out she was pg the day before and gave me her spare test that i tested. Otherwise i was convinced it hadnt happened. I pray it sticks this time. Good luck to everyone ttc, I really really really hope you all get the answer that you want soon. xx

silly question, but have you got the pram at your house?only some people say not to,we get ours in approx 2/3 weeks and not sure what to do,i'm not really superstitious but your opinion would help xx i'm rubbish on computers that's why there aren't any more pictures on,my hubby did the last ones,i'll have to get him to show me lol i still type with one finger!!!!don't laugh!!!!xxxx

God the time has passed quickly...now its just a waiting game !!!....I cant believe you are in week 29 already..how are you feeling so far??..Well here is cold and has been raining for the last 3 days :(..its really depressing ...id love to snuggle up on the sofa with a cuppa,a pack of choc hob nobs and watch corrie and eastenders !!! sadly the tea ive got and even some choc buiscuits but corrie and eastenders no !!!...stimes i watch the old ones on the net..I bet all the xmas decs will be out soon in all the shops..what with xmas and new year the time is gonna fly by for you.:)

Well you are right ;) about if you are a bigger gal, it is more difficult to pick up the beat. Even when I went in at 7-8 weeks to the clinic for my ultrasound, I so expected to have to do one vaginally. But they said since I was a smaller person it could be done abdominally. Thanks for the feedback. I thought you had used it, and its comforting to know you only would pick it up for a few seconds too. Last night and today it was for only 4-5 seconds..and numbers around 136-144...so I was a bit worried since it was a shorter time. But Oh well....I will know on Thursday.

hi rach!don't be nervous!you'll have everything in place before your little girl is born,everything that is important anyhow,have you got your pram on order yet?i think that and a cot/moses basket are our mane priority plus the usual vests and stuff.i bet your kids still believe in father christmas don't they?we were really sad when our 2 stopped believing,but we've got it all to come again,woohoooo!!!we've bought 2 xmas pressies today actually ,1 for gordons dad and 1 for his cousin,we're not usually this organised,lol!!!yep!sure am looking forward to friday!!!ryan and sophie won't be going due to school,ryan's in year 10 so it's important he doesn't miss school we're possible.....sophie keeps reading the week by week in the bounty book and tells me what is going on,so sweet!!!did you claim your bounty pack from boots/asda?i love getting freebies!!!!how's your sisters pregnancy going?talk soon xxxxx

I started playing around with it last week. I could not recall which week you could start to get an accurate reading with it. Wasnt it 10 weeks? Well, so far I am picking up a reading ranging around 135-145 beats, and it will last for about 8-10 seconds each time I find it. Which is way better than before. Last pregnancy, before the demise, I was not picking up anything the week of. So I am hopeful that I am now. But wonder if its a fluke or something. ANyhow...just wondering if you recall your experience with it around 9-10 weeks.

thanks for the message!my results came back okay just as you thought!baby gave me a scare on friday,i couldn't feel any movement i was so scared it's active again now,thank god,it just goes to show that we still can't take this pregnancy for granted.some of the ladies on here speak about hiring a doppler do you know if there is such a service here in the uk?it would be great to be able to listen in when you felt like it(hope i don't sound paranoid?!?!).has the mw rang you back yet?i hope so ,its just not good enough....xxxx

I know but I still feel like a huge womens LOL...You pore bugger for having gastro, its horrible to have but good you lost a little of that weight...My bump just seems to be getting bigger and bigger, I feel like im going to pop...I had this lady at bunnings ask me when I was going to pop and I said not for another 13 weeks and she could not believe it cause of how big my belly was LOL...You need to put more pics up of your belly....xx

average size!i think your boys had good birth weights especially as your'e so petite!!sorry to here you're not well i hope you enjoy your rest.yes my big scan is due in 2 weeks and no i'm still determined not to find out the sex!!!.when you had your bloods test for downs did they tell you your results when you went for your scan or did they contact you sooner because of the high risk?sorry to ask but i had mine done nearly 2 weeks ago and wasn't sure of the proceedure do i wait or give the mw a ring?.hope you're soon feeling better xxxx

Things are really good, just getting so big and I cant even bend over to far cause I squish bubs LOL..Thanks, I have gained since Indee 17 pounds EEEEKKKK....But since I fell pregnant 4 pounds which is pretty good...How are you doing? how is bubs going? xxx

i'm sorry you're not getting on with your mw can you ask to change or something?it's quite important that you have a good relationship with your mw.do you usually have big babies?maybe this one is going to be a 10 pounder!!!(rather you than me!!!)why is it that babies are always a wake when we want to sleep!?!?if only i knew the answer,i could make a fortune haha!xx

hi!i got in the dress!!!!amazing !!!not much room for moving but what the heck!!bought a few clothes yesterday from dotty p's my jeans were getting a bit tight!and yes i have started to feel a few flutterings it's lovely!.was able to here the babys' heart beating at my 16 week check up,the mw said not to worry if i didn't ,as it can't always be picked up at that stage.little"febe"is going to be a kick boxer by the sound of it!when do you have more check ups?hope work is getting better ttys xxxxx

Thanks!! And a big congrats to you :-) Seems like all is progressing well with you.....how exciting....we lost another one so I took a break....from this site, ttc and it was an AWESOME summer. So excited to see how many obfps came from the group....i see Tamara (Tam79) still hasnt surfaced.....have you heard from her at all....(my question mark doesnt work) ha ha . We had our 7 day testing today and got great news, I am stimulating well from the drugs, had 10 follicles as of ths morning and go back Sunday to see if they have grown, and if there are more, over 14 would be ideal, so if all goes according to plan ha ha ha.....my retrival will be Wednesday and we will implant 3 embryos by next weekend!!!! So taking it day by day yet very excited!! Nice to speak with you again XX

No, it's not you. Can you look for another midwife to see? Or, if you can't, you could tell her you feel like she's pushing you out the door, but you really need to ask her some questions and get some proper advise.

sorry to hear about your job most business are struggling at the moment as people are trying to cut back.i read you are a delivery driver,what do you deliver?i def have a bump!and my hubby says my boobs have got bigger!i think thats wishfull thinking!haha!i have my blood test on friday for the downs risk.i hope it comes back okay because i'm really unsure about an amnio.how's your bump coming along?i'm being a bridesmaid tomorrow(old maid!!)hope my dress still fits!!it did last week,perhaps i shouldn't joke!!xxx
