Wednesday, 18 June We've had it for four years (from my first son) so I have no idea. You could check Consumer Reports for crib reviews. Or you could check the recall lists and not choose one that has had a lot of recalls. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful! UKDUTYPAID -
Wednesday, 18 June as long as the matress is with safety standards any size will be ok... i bought mine off ebay... if ur really not sure, buy a cheap cot/crib and spend money on a decent matress.
good luck honey tto -
Wednesday, 18 June I don't know if there is a such thing as the safest crib- like carseats they have to pass rigorous testing and if they pass they are called safe. I don't think anyone is allowed to manufacture cribs or carseats that don't meet the high standards. As for SIDS, since they don't know exactly what causes it, there isn't a whole lot you can do to guarantee it won't happen. There are some recommendations- sleep position and such. Prayer may be your best bet. UKDUTYPAID -
Wednesday, 18 June its not so much the crib honey.... u can buy matresses , there are sooo many differant ones, but there allllll to safety standards...
there are lots of things to help avoid SID but no one knows the real cause of it.
theres lots of tips, no smoking at all in the house, put baby feet to bottom of the crib so it doesnt shuffle down. if breast feeding they advise trying to use a soother at night. i would look up SID or ask ur midwife.... most of it is common sense, but sometimes we dont think if it unless we read it.
good luck mumofsix -

about the delivary...contractions have started in the midnight.we went to the hospital at 8:40 in the morning.by that time my contractions were 5 mins apart.then they became much stronger and finally about half an hour of hard pushing my baby came in to this world.we named him Shreyas.
