May 4, 2008 Hey all, here are the pics from both baby showers. I have one more to do with my folks at work. Then that's done. I will be happy to be done with showers. Both were tons of fun. Hey everyone,

This is baby number two for me. Well my 2nd child in 16 years. My partner and I have been together for almost 4 years and decided we wanted to have a baby.

We are both excited and both scared to death. It's been a long time since I changed a diaper.

It's a girl we have named (read below) and she is due June 15th.

Glad to see all the other mommies to be out there.

Hey ladies,I `ve yet to add anything substantial to my page so here goes. Sunday the 24th I will be 6 months. Ryleigh is super active. She loves to kick and do flips. My dad says he enrolled her in gymnastics. Can't wait to meet her.

Well other than the meds part, I hope mine goes as fast! LOL. You are a strong woman! Thanks for the encouragement. I can't wait to have my little man here. I'm shooting for July 4th. A couple of weeks early would be ideal. I'm doing everything I can to try and get him out. Squats, walking, sex... you name it LOL. Just as long as he comes before my due date I guess I will be ok. Take care. Your little girl is so precious. Makes me want to have mine that much more. Babies are just so adorable.

Haha. What is sleep?? I've hardly gotten any in the past week. I slept the most while I was in the hospital simply because I had them take Cayden to the nursery from about 11:30pm to 4:30am or 5:30am and had them give him one bottle. I knew it was the only time I'd get some sleep. I didn't do that with my first.

i took mioneral oil and not a thing so now ia m gonna try castor oil hubby is gone to get it, if not then maybe, anotjher sweep thur morn,a nd maybe talk about getting induced....i hope

how is she with crying? my little girl NEVER cries!! its so weird cause we figured with all the yelling and screaming and loud noises she heard in my tummy that she'd be colicky or something, but she only whines when shes hungry. no cry. its strange! im sure she will be changing that very soon though once she gets a personality going on.

Thanks for sharing your birth story. It was a great read and inspiring for those of us who don't seem to have any signs yet that things can change so fast from one day to the next. Did she have bruising on her face from coming through the birth canal so fast? Cayden did. It went away pretty quickly though. Glad to hear that you feel good. I know all about the being tired thing though. It's just about been a week and I'm still tired!
