May 4, 2008 Hey all, here are the pics from both baby showers. I have one more to do with my folks at work. Then that's done. I will be happy to be done with showers. Both were tons of fun. Everyone had such a good time at the one at my house they all want to come back and do something else. We will have a fish fry in a few weeks. Deb

Hey everyone,

This is baby number two for me. Well my 2nd child in 16 years. My partner and I have been together for almost 4 years and decided we wanted to have a baby.

We are both excited and both scared to death. It's been a long time since I changed a diaper.

It's a girl we have named (read below) and she is due June 15th.

Glad to see all the other mommies to be out there.

Hey ladies,I `ve yet to add anything substantial to my page so here goes. Sunday the 24th I will be 6 months. Ryleigh is super active. She loves to kick and do flips. My dad says he enrolled her in gymnastics. Can't wait to meet her.

awww shes getting so big! riley just finally rolled over monday, too! did ryleigh to it front to back or back to front? my riley did back to tummy and HATES tummy time also so she flips out as soon as she does it. its cute! thats awesome she can self soothe now, too. doesnt that make it so much easier? makes you wonder how we got through it in the beginning!!

hey ladies.... I am going through the hardest point of my life.. My fiance' and I are no longer together.. so I looks like I am going to be a single mother... It was very hard for me to make my decision, but I had to do what was best for ME and my daughter Milani...... Pray for me everybody... I am working on not stressing... can't stress.. my baby is the most important!!!!!!!!!

Well eveyone I haven't been on here in a while but Nahzir is finally here. He was due on August 12th but he didn't come until August 17th. He was 9lbs 9oz 22in.
I decided to get an epidural this time because I didn't with Amari and I was glad I did at first but I was in labor for so long by the time I got ready to start pushing it had wore off. I started to have contractions that Saturday afternoon at about 1or 2 ' clock but they were to far apart so around 8' o clock they started coming every 5 minutes so I called the hospital and they told me to come on up there. The doctor told me that by 1'o clock am he would be born but he still wasn't ready to come out. I got my epidural at 9 a.m. I wasn't dialating any and he was still up really high and his heart rate kept dropping so they told me I was probaly gonna have to have a c section and I didn't want that. But to make a long story short he came at 1:58pm on August 17th,2008, and I did end up having him natural.

Thanks for the picture comment. She can't seem to get settled with which fingers she wants to suck - it will go from those two (I call them her "I love you" fingers), to three of them, to just her pointer finger. Whatever helps her sleep, though!

Thanks tto everyone for the birthday wishes...I had a blast. I had so much fun I couldn't be sad about Nygel starting daycare. And the caretaker said he did great...that's my boy! I knew he would make mommy and daddy proud. Of couse when I went to pick him up I was looking to see if he would act differently, but all was good.
